These guys know what they are doing! We had a weird issue going on with our lights where they were flickering. Our tech Anthony was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Needing an electrician is never a good time but when the need arises I'm happy to know who to call.

Thought I had a circuit break in my condo and was super stressed that I couldn't get power back in my office. SRP answered quickly, provided some steps to see if I could reset the breaker before they came out, which did not work. They had Anthony come out the next day, and was able to correct the issue in less than a minute. Embarrassed, but humbled by their amazing service. As much as I hope to not have more electrical issues, I know who I'm calling in the future. Anthony ROCKS and made my day! Great service and much respect!!!!

Half the lights and outlets of my condo were going in and out so I called SRP electric for some help. They were able to squeeze an appointment in for me and came the very next day (Saturday morning).

They did a quick breaker change and didn't charge my tenant upon finishing the job. I contacted them directly to follow up and inquire payment process since I am out of town.

Haven't paid them yet since I'm waiting for the invoice (job was done over the weekend). But they put their trust on their customers and it says a lot about their company!

They take Venmo/PayPal/credit card, etc.

The box on the new dimmer switch compatible with LED bulbs said ""15 minute install"". Information online showed what standard color coding for wiring should be. This 50 year old place turns out to have wiring that's standard for a previous generation.

Steven had me send a photo. From the photo he was able to provide simple, clear directions for resolution. He diagnosed that I'd fried the new light switch in the first attempt, and took a moment to explain the old wiring system. What the retail package should have said was, ""15 minute install with Steven's help.""

I had a problem with some outdoor GFI outlets not working and thought I had two that needed to be replaced. I did some troubleshooting myself before I called but because the circuits had been added to the original home some years ago I wanted an experienced electrician to do the work.
Steve the Owner was responsive and helpful on the phone and promptly scheduled the work. He sent an electrician, Anthony, who arrived on time and went into detective mode. He asked me questions about the circuits, my outdoor grill, outdoor light switches and other things I didn't think about. He resolved my issues without replacing the outlet

Had a powet outage at night. They guided us to get by the night. Sure enough the next day found the issue as we thought and repaired the main meter and breaker in no time. Please stop your search and use SRP
