I highly recommend Spryka Electric. They recently did a master and sub panel replacement at my home. The estimate was clear and in writing and the on site electrician Nathan was AMAZING! He was on time, clean, took the time to explain things to me and was very clear in his communication. He also identified a problem with one of the piers under my house when he was in my crawl space, took video and pics, and sent them to me. I'm incredibly grateful and am working to get that issue fixed. Nathan went above and beyond in my option! Do even consider calling anyone else for your electrician needs.
sunflower b.Spyrka Electric walked my husband through resetting a vintage breaker
via phone, and without charge. We did not have lights for cooking and
they saved the day! Cheers to Spyrka!
Thank you!
C A W.I highly recommend Spyrka! They are professional, helpful and provide quality service. I recently had a breaker issue and they managed to walk me through a few easy steps, and resolved the problem by phone, no charge!
Wonderful company! Scott came out to take a look at our property, and gave us a quote to fix some electrical weirdness left behind from the former homeowner's attempts to DIY. He was super nice and professional, and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. Nathon did the repairs a little bit later, and he was fantastic. So knowledgeable and helpful, and just an all-around pleasant person. I will definitely hire them again for any future electrical work!
L M.I received several responses to my request for an electrician. Spryka just happened to call at the right moment and I went with the quote of what the gentleman told me on the phone. $147 to come out and check out the issue and more for however long it takes to correct the issue.
Turns out we had an intermittant issue with a sensitive connection. Darrin used an existing and available breaker to replace the one with the issue. He made sure everything was nice and tight. He explained everything completely and made sure we understood what he did and why he did it. Darrin was so quick and efficient and very conscientious about his shoes in the house (not wearing them). It was just under $200 for the resolution. We are thrilled and feel safe and secure once again. We are very grateful!
Lee B.This local firm as been great--and saved me a bundle.
Because they are local I get on their schedule within days. Once they came out to fix a circuit breaker that kept flipping. In 30 minutes they had found the problem and fixed it.
Recently they came out to consult on the installation of two motion-detector wi-fi security cameras. Turns out, these were projects I could do myself! They explained what needed to be done--at no charge.
It's like having a good friend that's an electrician and charges a fair rate.
Tom F.First time user and completely satisfied. Their service guy, Ryan, was very professional and
Knowledgeable, he did a great job.
You can bet if I need electrical service in the future Mister Sparky will be my call.

T G.I called Scott to look at an old outdoor outlet which I attempted replace myself... He was prompt, professional, and just a really nice guy. Less than 5 minutes after arriving and it was fixed, properly. He wouldn't accept payment either! I'm a new homeowner and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else the next time I need an electrician.
Donna C.i live in San Francisco and have a rental property in Novato. One of the tenants complained that three of the outlets in her room were not working and ASSURED me that she had checked the breakers and none had tripped. I called Syprka Electric and made a two-hour round trip to meet the electrician there, only to find out that it WAS the breaker and all he did was reset it (obviously the tenant was a major culprit here). Of course, it's only fair to pay Spyrka for their time --- but I was charged $133 for this one minute fix ($30 trip fee + $103 to reset the breaker) which I thought was excessive. When I asked the owner for an explanation, he completely blew me off, which is why I am posting here. I think something like $75 would have been more reasonable, given that there was no work involved beyond resetting the breaker.
Thank You so much for taking care of our electrical fixture and electrical box. Scott fit us into his day and took of the problems with honest caring efficiency, providing knowledgeable explanation in an easily understandable manner. WOW.
