SPS Electric suffers from poor internal and external communication. I requested a bid and scheduled an appointment - the service technician did not follow the schedule. I received the bid and emailed for clarification, the office confirmed the details, but didn't pass the information on to the technician. Some of the work got done, again, almost but not quite as scheduled and without telling me that they were at my home. When I inspected the work and found that it was not completed as confirmed by email, I was very disappointed. SPS adjusted the invoice total, but didn't seem to notice that the invoice itself called for the junction boxes that didn't get installed. Not the worst service experience I've had, but not impressed either.
