This review is for Shawn. When my home was suddenly not cooling down like normal when running my A/C, I called Spot On. The tech that came out, Shawn, was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable and great customer service. He took the time to explain things going on with my system and answered all my questions. Good to know that there are still good technicians out there!

I've worked with spot on heating several times this year and I am impressed by the level customer service they provide and also the level of fairness they operate with especially when there are complicated situations with older units.

Two things additionally that really stood out for me too was that they could actually schedule you pretty quick much quicker than others especially if you're part of their maintenance plan. Also, when they come out they can actually bring a portable AC unit so their clients can still have AC while they're working on it.

I really want to give a shout out to Mario for great service, I won't forget it!
