Antonio assisted me with my service call this morning. He was prompt, informative and very detailed. He thoroughly inspected my unit and informed me with all the issues it had. He provided me four different estimates for the repairs and I felt very comfortable with him. I will definitely contact this company again for future repairs.

These guys are awesome!
First of all, the person we spoke to on the phone, Joyce, was friendly and they kept us up to date as to when our tech would come.
We called to just do a system diagnosis because our AC was just blowing hot air, and the compressor wasn't turning on.
The tech who came out, Tony, was extremely friendly and very helpful in CLEARLY explaining the things he was doing, and why he was doing it. In addition to explaining the items he was working on, he also gave some recommendations on which type of filters to purchase, why some AC systems fail, and tips on what to do to help maintain a healthy AC system. He also identified some areas that need improvement and items that may need some attention in the future.
After the diagnosis, we were quoted with different options ranging from an involved overhaul ($13k+), down to the minimum requirement to get the system running (~$500).
The best part: We were not pressured into purchasing any of these options! We ultimately declined all options, as I ironically already had the part needed to get our AC system running.
We did, however, opt in to their maintenance plan, which includes two AC maintenance visits throughout the year, and one annual plumbing inspection too.

Thanks to you guys, our system is running again and we are enjoying cool air during this heatwave!

Our old A/C unit was beginning to falter so we decided to call Spot On to take a look at our system. Taylor (technician) came out and gave our system a thorough inspection. He concluded with an in-depth overview of our system using pictures he took while inspecting everything the A/C needs to run efficiently. He explained everything in layman's terms so we understood the mechanics of how an A:C system works. Wow! I was highly impressed with how honest he was. Amazingly, it resulted that our system is still running fairly well and nothing needed replacement. Taylor offered his professional advice as to our system, but NEVER once pushed for a new system or any type of service.

Since our A/C unit is running on its last leg (a 23-year-old system ) we decided to schedule an appointment to discuss a new unit. WE decided! Taylor only suggested that we look into upgrading in the near future before our system fails entirely, This was a game changer for us. No pushy sales pitch ever came out of his mouth. That speaks volumes about a company's customer service.

Being honest with customers and not pushing for unwarranted expenses sold me on this company's service.
