These electricians are now at the top of my list to call when I have an electrical issue. I had multiple electrical issues occurring at different properties simultaneously and they worked as an orchestrated team to address them all in a short amount of time. They added plugs to an old room with only one. Found out I needed an entire electrical panel upgrade and they were able to rapidly fix that and address and fix some sketchy work done by a previous contractors who not electrician. There prices are good and most importantly they worked well with various tenants I had on site. My tenants appreciate their communication, friendliness and thoroughness of the completed work. He provided a very reasonable price. The closest quote I received from other contractors is still $200 higher. Therefore, I have Edward to perform the job. The power had gone out in our home. We had tried to utilize the electricians through our home insurance but the third party contractor in which they were utilizing were slow, unreliable, unresponsive and rude. We had been waiting without power for 2 days. We were having an emergency. I decided to reach out to yelp and see what electrician could service us is the area. Edward and Spilt Electric were the first to respond to my quote request. He came the same day to asses the issue. His diagnosis rate was fair and he proved to be quite knowledgeable. He even informed us on the issues with sub-panel, breaker box, breakers and wiring throughout the house. Not only did he get our power back up in 1 and half days at a good and fair rate with diagnosis fee going to the overall job but he assisted us with DYI electrical issues and provided advice on making the house more Energy efficient. Moreover, he has provided us with ideas to fox our EV chargers power and I plan to utilize him to rectify that issue in the future. Edward is good at his job, provides good electrical working knowledge and I can't wait till he adds patchwork to his skill set.
