I called Kyle (owner) and he called back almost immediately. He has excellent communication skills. He was able to work me into his schedule the same day and within a few hours to resolve an emergency issue. He also provides tips on how to prevent the problems in the future. Keep in mind his flat rate is $300 (but you get effective, fast, honest, quality work).

Nothing but good things to say about Spingola Electric. Recently I had a breaker that was not tripping and led to a loud buzzing sound with heat and smoke. After manually turning off power, I contacted Spingola Electric who were able to schedule a timely service call. The technician/owner Kyle arrived on time and was professional and courteous. After discussion and review he was able to determine the issue (combination of factors) and provide an immediate solution to ensure my safety. In addition, he advised of actions I can take to avoid further issues along with options he could provide (additional circuits to balance power use) which I will pursue.

Kyle's explanation and advice was very helpful and led to me knowing I was safe in my home which was not the case prior to his arrival.
