Shannon was very polite, punctual, and everything installed seems to work. I'm giving three stars for service which I feel was substandard overall, particularly when factoring in price. We had a new outlet, 6 fixtures, and a new doorbell installed for $1450. Shannon was here for just over 5 hours and we provided all the fixtures. That is a high price; this company's estimate did not come in at the lowest price, by far, but the reviews here swayed us to go with Specialized Power. Unfortunately, I did not come across some of the issues of concern until after Shannon left. With regard to the new doorbell, the wall in which the speaker sits behind the register is broken. Not a big deal if it was necessary to do the install, but I wish he would have spoken to us about it. Further, the new doorbell ($175 on the invoice) was installed with the same brass faceplate from 1977 when the house was built. I would expect that a new faceplate would come with the new doorbell kit. If not, again, you would think that this would be discussed with us. I believe most folks requesting a new doorbell would expect a new doorbell in its entirety. The ceiling fan installed in our bedroom had a part come loose the first time it was used. Lastly, trash was left everywhere. Small screws and other bits of hardware were found in every room, on the floor, on dressers, counters, etc. I understand it is our job to get rid of the packaging but leaving screws and pieces of metal for people to step on (or pets to eat) seems like something most folks would know not to do. Definitely not worth $1450.

Shannon was awesome. Had 4 completely different electrical issues (loose/bad outlet, flickering recessed lighting, ceiling fan light was fused, and loose wires by our electrical box outside). He fixed all of them in like one hour. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

I realized that I missed doing a review for Shannon but man, he's incredible. He helped install a soundbar and get my wires all dialed in for a TV wall mount as well as fixed some light switch issues we had in less than a few hours. Friendly and reliable. We had Shannon come over to our house and give us a quote after our previous electrician failed to show up for a job. We asked Shannon for a quote to install a very heavy chandelier as well as install ceiling fans and 3 island kitchen pendant lights.

Shannon came over and provided us with a vey good quote so we went ahead and scheduled the install.

I needed an outdated four bulb fluorescent kitchen lamp replaced when it's ballast (motor) burned out. I called a local Huntington Beach electricians service (which will remain unnamed) to get a free estimate at around 4:00 pm in late September 2019. They told me they closed at 6:00 pm but they would have an electrician stop by my house after 6:pm since he lived in Huntington Beach not too far from my home which also is in Huntington. I thought this was great customer service. At around 6:00 pm they phoned me to tell me that their tech was delayed in Irvine and could not see me that same day. They rescheduled me for the next day at 11:00 am. Around 11:00 am the tech called me and said that he was outside my home. I went out to look for him but he was nowhere to be found. It turned out that his dispatcher had given him the wrong address and he was somewhere in Fullerton !! We rescheduled for the third time for the following morning. He showed up, said he could put a new ballast (motor) in my broken lamp for 269.00 plus labor which was about 120.00 $ dollars. I told him that I wanted to get some more estimates. I then called Shannon at around 10:00 am and asked if he could help me get my new L.E.D. lighting installed that same day. He said that he was pretty busy but come by at a
