We recently had an electrical shortage part of our house that caused all the outlets in the bedrooms and bathrooms to stop working. This has happened in the past, but we were always able to fix the problem ourselves. This time, we couldn't get the outlets working again and decided to call SCP after reading many, many reviews online.

Shannon was professional and patient as we explained what the problem was. He investigated the problem and started to repair the problem by going over the basics to make sure he didn't overlook any of the more basic repairs just so that he could make some extra money by recommending a complicated (and lengthy) solution to fix our problem. It only took about 30 minutes for him to get all the outlets working again!

Since he charges by the hour (as most electricians in the area do), he asked to see if there were any other electrical issues we have been having. We had an outlet in our family room that hasn't worked in the 25 years my family has been in this house, so we asked if he would mind looking at that. He agreed without any complaints and was able to hook the outlet up to the correct wires so that it would provide power to anything we plug in. He also corrected a light switch (the ""off"" position would turn the lights on while the ""on"" position turned the lights off) AND helped with a small exterior lighting problem by explaining why the light fixtures weren't working and how we could easily replace them without needing an electrician because of how the fixtures are built!

All in all, I have found my go-to electrician! I will definitely be calling SPC again for any future electrical needs, whether it is a remodeling project or just another problem that we cannot handle ourselves!
