The owner, John arrived at our residence at the time agreed. He was courteous as he introduced himself. After inspecting and testing his voltage meter on the exhaust fan motor, he let me know he'd order the replacement how much the costs, and it would be there quickly within a day or so. We thought it would be repaired by Saturday. When it didn't arrive I attempted contacting the business and left a message. John contacted me after the replacement motor was received and set up a time to complete the job. John arrived earlier than what had been scheduled which was nice. He replaced the motor I asked him if the price he quoted was right. He said because of the delay he was not going to charge me for the replacement motor. This was a pleasant surprise.
