Ben was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Before coming over he did his best to give me a rough estimate for the work needed and answered all my questions. He was easy to get ahold o and arrived on time. Once here Ben walked me through each step of a somewhat complicate repair job. Ben checked in with me at each step of the repair to make sure I understood what he was doing and why. Pricing was fair and there were no surprise charges at the end of the process.
