SCES did an awesome job installing our a/c! They installed it quickly, even after we asked them to extend the a/c into our addition which had no ducts available. Bill, Martin and Cathy are very professional and great people. This is the second time they've been in our home. They installed a new furnace for us a few years back and it works like a champ! At that time Bill said he installed it so it would be easy to add a/c in the future. It's so refreshing to work with people who think towards the future and not just get the work done and get out. Additionally I'm pretty sure my house was cleaner after they left than before they arrived!

I'm writing this review based solely on Bill coming to inspect the problems of our AC unit. Cathy (who is very courteous) called to see if Bill can arrive 15 minutes earlier then planned and I said yes. He was there exactly at that time. (This was critical since I had to meet him on my lunch hour) He arrived smiling ear to ear and was the friendliest guy ever! Very polite, jolly, and knowledgeable. He was able to tell me what the problem was and what the next steps would be. I was able to return back to work within the hour. He was very pleasant, which is very reassuring and I believe the work they will do will be just as good! I will update this review once the work has been completed. :)

If their technicians are as irresponsible as the guy who drives their van, I wouldn't let them near my home. Driving recklessly and rudely in a vehicle with the company logo all over it - and not caring - doesn't speak well for pride in the company.

Outstanding service from SCES Inc.!!! Bill and Cathy are totally customer focused from the day they installed our heating and A/C systems ten years ago through the annual service and maintenance we request. We are 110% satisfied with Bill and his team's work and have never had a call back or a problem. Bill will explain step by step what is being done in a easy to understand manner. Highly recommended!

Southern California Energy has done a number of jobs on our home over the past 10 years. Each time the job is done professionally and exceeded our expectations. So when we wanted to install a new heater and HVAC system we selected them. Bill, the owner, is like a trusted friend. His estimate was very competitive and the equipment he selected was all top line.

Arturo and his whole installation team are amazing. Their workmanship is impeccable. I am an engineering manager with over 40 years experience teaching quality at hospitals all over the world. I have never seen work done with so much quality and care. Arturo and his team were at our home for 4.5 days. They took care to make sure every aspect of the job was done to perfection. I am a real perfectionist and other tradesmen who do work at our home are often put off by my following them around constantly inspecting their work. With Arturo and his team they welcomed my constant questions because they knew that their work would stand up to the toughest scrutiny. When the job was done, there was not a single thing that I could find that wasn't done to the highest standards. They even cleaned up to the point where our home was cleaner than when they started.

A number of our neighbors have used Southern California Energy and they all have had the same impressions as me. This is a company that I can recommend with absolutely no reservations.

I have used Bill for many years. I recently asked Bill to tell me what was wrong with my furnace, since it would not kick on the first time this winter and I couldn't troubleshoot the problem. After Bill checked it out, he estimated multiple things that had to be replaced to the point where it wasn't worth fixing and installing a new furnace would be a better decision. I had a difficult time believing so much can be wrong. I went ahead and received 2 other estimates from others who both told me there was nothing wrong and just hitting the reset switch was all it took. I'm having a hard time believing this but I saved myself thousands of dollars asking someone else to check it out.

This company did one of the finest, cleanest jobs one could ask for. The crew is very efficient and is very respectful of your property. The owner is awesome, the office staff is awesome, and the work crew is awesome. When my dad passed away they were very accommodating in working around the funeral. I would hire them again with no regrets. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!!

This company did an awesome job at my house! Their office staff was very kind. They walked me through all and any questions that I had about my system. I was able to get an appointment with them pretty quick too. I met the owner of the business, who was a very kind man. He came to my house and gave me an estimate on what I should get and gave me tons of options. Their guys were very respectful and clean. My new heater looked way better after they left. They came highly recommended by my neighbors and I also highly recommend them. I love family owned businesses.
