I'll keep it simple. SCE has to be the most incompetent, unreliable, and destructive ""company"" that exists. Your PSPS ""program"" is worthless and has cost good people and homeowners thousands of dollars and their sanity ... and SCE could care less.

I know a lot of people have had a bad experience. But this review is to my experience. Yesterday, due to the high hurricane winds we've been having, a tree fell in our street and it hit one of the power lines. And our electricity was out. Edison r addressed the situation and we got our power back in 15 hours later. We're very grateful for their hard work, especially during these critical and difficult times.

Actually negative ten stars. At least!! No power from Tuesday evening to Saturday afternoon. Now no power again since noon today (Monday) with power unlikely to be restored at best until late Wednesday if not Thursday. All because of their negligence to maintain their infrastructure so it can withstand winds and not trigger wildfires. Which it did anyway!! When is this stupid state going to do something and hold SCE accountable???? And btw, I can complain because it wasn't my vote that caused this situation!!

20 hours with no power. Fuck SCE. It's not even windy where I am and my block community is the only one without power for 19+ hours. All surrounding communities have power. All these rolling blackouts and shit yall done messed something up. Hate having to pay you. If I had my way I'd get an off grid solution. Y'all fucking suck

Trying to get a live person on the phone is a task in itself, but the really frustrating part is them shutting power off for the psps claiming high wind fire danger and it's not even breezy outside! Every year they shut power off claiming to be making upgrades to lines etc etc., yet every year in Nov they shut our power off for high winds that don't exist! Put them underground then if you're so worried about fire in nothing moving wind!

How in the world is someone supposed to speak to an actual Edison employee? Calling their phone number leads to a recording telling you to take care of your issue online. Going online did not offer me what I needed, so in desperation, I went to the education center in Irwindale. A nice security guard took pity on me when I could not find any actual Edison employees. He gave me a phone number and address to the Rosemead office. I called the phone number, went through six menus, finally hit number four to speak to an actual person, and waited almost an hour for someone to come on the line. In frustration, I hung up and wondered, ""With all the rate increases, why can't Edison offer better service?"" What are we really getting for the outrageous fees we pay on a monthly basis? If anyone from Edison reading this actually cares to contact me, please reply to this review with a phone number that will lead to a person who can help me!

100% agree but I don't think Edison has employees. So many phone numbers and no live person in over 2 weeks. I have solar and after verifying my panels are working SCE is stealing my solar and charging me for their electricity. No wonder I can't reach them. But I will get my money back they stole!

Power outages without warning or explanation love how you can't even speak to anyone at SCE, you go on their app and it's not working you go on the website and it's not working. I called the phone number and to report emergency and it doesn't work, criminal , reach out to your local legislators and let them know Southern California Edison has a monopoly on power so they don't care about their customers!
