Allen R.NES customer for years up till today. They switched to paperless billing without asking me. So I was not looking for bills in my emails, heck most of us get piles of emails day, including junk so who reads them all. When I did see they where send my email bills I paid to bring account up to date. Then received another email invoice shortly after with other dates and charged that was not on the bill I just paid. I returned Kristen's call to fix bill and told the invoice don't make since and they seem wrong. I told her I did not agree to paperless billing and the invoices seem wrong, her answer, ""Well did you call to let anyone know"".
She was short, condescending, and lack the skill to provide customer service without attitude and smart responses. I requested to just cancel my account. Sometimes small business kill themselves because they do not know how provider customer service that their larger competitors seem to do well. They are the nice people with good customer service that they used to be.
