Erick from South Lake Tahoe Electric came out after bad damage to power with all the snow and ice. We were shut down by the energy company, he got everything repaired and back online. Amazing since I called him on Friday afternoon and all repaired and turned back on within 24 hours. He stayed until 9pm Saturday to finish.

I called at least ten electricians to get an EV charger installed in my garage. Either no one returned my call or they said they were too busy. Erick returned my call and made an appointment to provide me a quote. He arrived on time and took his time to explain what he was going to do. A quote followed in a few days. My EV charger was installed soon thereafter and passed city inspection. Erick kept in communication with me throughout the processs. I am very satisfied with South Lake Tahoe Electric and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I am a retired general engineering contractor. I had a rule in my business that if someone called and asked me for a quote I would at least call them back to let them know if I could do the job or not.
I called nine different electrical contractors in this town and none called back. Then I called Erick at South Lake Tahoe Electric and not only got a call back, but a good price for replacing my main service panel.
He made suggestions and worked with me on scheduling after being forced to evacuate and postponing the job due to the Caldor Fire (live in Christmas Valley).

We had a problem with the circuit breaker for our clothes dryer. We called on a Friday evening and Eric responded the next morning and arrived within a few hours. It was a simple problem and he didn't want to charge us for the service call. We chose to have him troubleshoot the circuit box and dryer plug just to be on the safe side. He explained everything he did and why he did it. We found him to be very honest and helpful. I highly recommend South Lake Tahoe Electric.
