I've worked with Nick and his team for many years as an HVAC contractor and recently had an opportunity to use him for some work at my residence. As usual Source One provided the exemplary service I've come to expect. I hope I can continue to use his services in the future though in my new position the opportunity may be difficult to come by.

Nick & his helper Dan are awesome! Needing emergency attention to a blown-out AC unit on a day that was supposed to hit 100 degrees on Thursday, I looked to Yelp for some help. Source One Electrical had all 5-star reviews so I gave them a call. I got owner Nick on the phone, told him what happened and literally within 15 minutes was at our front door. He accessed the situation & told me that he or a helper would have it up & running promptly. Very shortly thereafter Dan arrived to fix the problem & then came today at my bidding to address another issue that had been brewing.
He discovered and fixed a potentially dangerous issue today as well. These guys are the real deal & we've already scheduled them to come back and look over our 40+ year old home for any other electrical upgrade suggestions and/or recommendations that also may need addressing. They are very professional, honest, communicate in layman terms & very fair when it comes to pricing.
We give them a 5 star rating because there isn't a 6. Highly recommended, don't even bother calling anyone else!

Been working with Nick and Source One Electrical for almost 10 years and they have done multiple jobs for me in two homes. Just completed a task on a place we moved into to ground the outlets for safety, add a couple of fans in the bathrooms, clean up the dangerous garage wiring and a few other items here and there. As you can see from the rest of the reviews, Nick and his team are as good as it gets. Communication is superb. He'll always lay out all the options/risks for you, let you know how much each costs and let you decide what works best. Not an ounce of pushy and very focused on doing the right thing.

Had several of Nick's crew out doing the work and all were punctual, considerate, thorough and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Even though Nick and I have been doing business so long, he still came up to check on the job and to make sure I was happy. Nick's Project Manager, Hunter, also came out a couple of times to ensure the work was on track, being done right, and ensure I knew what was happening with any changes made during the work (most were because of me changing my mind).

We've had serious issues with everything electrical in my house. If the A/C was on while the dishwasher was working, out went the breaker. Blender, with the microwave, and the TV? Out went the breaker. We rent the home and the property management company kept sending their own electricians to no avail.

In comes Source One. Our technician was Oscar and not only was he knowledgeable, but the customer service was FANTASTIC. I find that some companies lose my business because of a lack of quality customer service. This was not the case with Oscar. He explained that the kitchen appliances, and the appliances in one of the rooms were randomly wired onto the wrong breakers and he sorted it out for us.

We haven't had a single issue since he worked on our home. If you need anything electrical fixed around your house, I would highly recommend Source One and this gentleman in particular.

Great service! So happy with the work Oscar did. We where having problems with an outlet and the breaker box, he was able to solve the issue fast :). He was friendly and professional! I will definitely have Oscar come back if I have any electrical issues.

Excellent Service. I had Dan as our electrician and he was as patient as it gets. He was able to connect our upper and lower cabinet tape lighting including connecting all of our existing lighting together with dimming capabilities. The staff followed up as vendors should be making sure scheduling was done right and had their staff show up right on time. I would highly recommend their prices and service to anyone

I had Nick and his crew add some outlets and data wiring for an office remodel at my home. Communication was excellent, the work was well done, and pricing was very fair. Nick very nicely suggested some changes to what I had in mind (no pressure at all), and I decided to take his advice. It worked out well - very happy with that. Also, the crew that came in to do the actual work cleaned up after themselves so well I couldn't even tell they had been there afterwards. And then Nick didn't even send the bill until he checked in a couple of days later to make sure everything was working the way I liked it. I was so happy with the work in my office that I asked him to put in some exterior lighting on my garage -- which also came out super well. Pretty darn happy with the guys at Source One Electrical.
