Nick is awesome!! Called him this evening (Friday at 6pm) because we were having some power problems after the rain storm. He picked up right away and instead of trying to sell me on a service appointment, he gave me a few DIY things to check out first. His advice fixed the problem and was super easy to do. Really appreciated his honesty and help. Definitely my go-to electrician from now on.

Absolutely FANTASTIC. We were referred to SourceOne by our realtors after buying a new place with a myriad of electrical issues. Nick and sourceone were prompt, helpful, professional, friendly, and absolutely stellar in service from start to finish. We asked them to install several kitchen lights that weren't on the additional ticket, and they even went to the store to buy the required LED lights for the kitchen. We will absolutely only use SourceOne for all our electrical needs going forward, the team is great, affordable, quality, and professional. Not to mention just awesome. 10/10, you won't regret it. Let them help you and let them do it better than anyone else could!

These guys are the best most professional team ever. They came out and did a free assessment of a small project I need to have done. I then spoke with scheduling, very easy. They are busy so be flexible, they'll get you in. They actually had a cancellation so they fitted me in about 3 days early. Tech came out reviewed the project once more, I had questions that he was able to answer quickly and professionally based on his opinion. I appreciate these guys professionalism and prompt response to my concerns. I generally tend to lean on the experience of a service provider and I am very pleased with the job they did and the price was very reasonable. Bravo gentlemen

I contacted Source 1 for a small job, replacing a light fixture in my kitchen, and I was given a reasonable quote that I agreed to. I was then contacted by the installer and we agreed on an appointment time of 1:00 pm to do the work. The installer rang my doorbell at 12:45, came in and completed the work, and presented me with the bill around 12:40, 55 minutes later. Because it was higher than I expected, I asked to know why. His explanation was that he had actually arrived at 12:30 so I was being billed an extra $85 for another hour. He said he had tried to call when he was on his way but my phone went directly to voice mail. (This is true because even though I did not get the call, I did get a voice mail around 1:20, so this one is on me.) When I asked why he had not just come to the door at 12:30, he claimed he had but there was no answer when he rang the doorbell. NOT SO! I had arrived home around noon and had been sitting in my living room waiting for his arrival. The doorbell is loud, not broken, and did not ring until 12:45 when it was obviously working fine. Bottom line: I was charged an additional $85 dollars for the time the installer claims he sat in the driveway, all of which was before our agreed upon appointment time. I will not be using this company again.

I just bought a condo in Rancho Bernardo. My Dad used Nick for some work years back. In short, Nick made the whole thing easy. I needed to upgrade my Circuit Box and had new switches and outlets put in along with under counter lighting. Jaden and Louie were outstanding! Prompt, professional and courteous at all times.

I could've found someone less expensive, but Nick was reasonable and I'll sleep better knowing the work was done right.

Nick and his team at Source One Electrical did excellent electrical work at my home. They installed can lights throughout, as well as ceiling fans, and replaced old light fixtures. Their work was clean and neat, and they were reliable as promised. Thank you Nick, Billy and staff.
