Manny and his team did an OUTSTANDING job on the renovation for our home. They arrived at 8am sharp and left at 5pm, always answered all my questions, were can't friendly, professional, and completed the work in a months time. It feels like I brand new home and I could not be more pleased with their work. Hire them....they are the real deal!

So far Manny has avoided me after his crew damaged my new wood flooring and tried to hide it by putting epoxy glue in between the boards. Even after having a report from the mitigation company he has still been unresponsive. I'm extremely disappointed since he assured me that this would be taken care of. His previous reviews also tell similar stories. Avoid!

I do not recommend this company for any house remodels. Most of his work is sub out to individuals. Had the same experience as the previous review. Avoid Sosa Construction and save yourself from headaches.

I hired Manny to do a remodel of my bathroom. 6 months later I had to hire another contractor to fix all of the problems. Manny continuously lied about almost anything he was asked. I was told the project would be about 6 weeks long. Every time something was supposed to be done, it was not. I purchase the granite for the counters. Manny's crew ruined the granite, painted the flaws that they created I had another contractor that had to show me the cover up work , installed the counter uneven. Manny guaranteed he would replace the counter. Manny gave me several in writing commitments which I have, never followed through and even told me that everything was ordered and he would make it right! Never made it right so I had to replace all the granite and hire another contractor to fix his mess and finish the job. I also received a letter with threat of lien from a contractor because he did not pay them. Of course he lied as to why he didn't. If you think of using him, beware. He is not honest and will not tell the truth and does horrible work.
