Another key member, Rodrigo Silveira possesses over a decade of experience in electrical work. He has been the lead electrician at SOS Electric for over two decades. In the footsteps of his brother Ronaldo, Rodrigo embraced the SOS family heritage, plus pursuit of quality. He went out of his way to check out my electrical issue quickly (a faulty breaker that, unbeknownst to me, was creating a real risk of fire), and once he discovered that danger, he arranged to have the permit pulled and the panel replaced only a couple of days later. He's a truly nice guy and explains everything in detail. Raul and Rafael did the work and were polite, engaging, industrious, thorough and knowledgeable. All around great work and attention to detail! The bill was entirely reasonable to begin with, and ended up low because they had to do some unexpected carpentry work to move the panel box to a more convenient place for us--but Ronaldo didn't change his estimated price even though the work took longer than expected. His kind of service and honorable behavior means he will always get our electrical work, as well as our best recommendation.
