Amazing service! I needed a broken light switch fixed and Ronaldo sent out his worker Thiago the same day. Thiago was very kind and very helpful with all of our needs/questions. He explained everything so I could understand and was very fast, even though I had lots of questions! Would 100% recommend. They also are taking good safety precautions with Covid as well!

I very much like working with Ronaldo and his team. We used them to clean up a mess at our new home, left by another electrician who wasn't even working to code. They were fair in that they salvaged what could be rather than insisting it all had to be torn out and done over as some of the other electricians tried to convince us. They were prompt, clean, very courteous, answered all our questions, worked with us to figure out what we wanted which I confess evolved a little bit over time and were very fair in their pricing. I appreciated their work ethic and actually enjoyed having them around working on our house. As soon as my mother needed work on her house to prepare it for sale, I called Ronaldo immediately and he squeezed us in as we had a bit of a short timeline. And now I always call Ronaldo first. I would have him install a new mini-split system for us but he doesn't do those. :-( I'd try to talk him into it but he is too ethical. He knows his business and does it well. And, as indicated here on Yelp, he always responds quickly which I always appreciate greatly because I know he is a very busy guy. Thank you, Ronaldo and Team!

Amazing! We had a size blow on a Sunday mod shelter in place right after I braved the grocery store to stock for 2 weeks. As I started to freak out about our groceries and losing all that food my husband called SOS and the owner was at our house within 15 minutes, solved the problem and charged us less than he quoted.

Will always use them for any work going forward!!!

I asked for a visit to diagnose an issue. The guy showed up and told me it'd be $185 per hour.

I asked him to do a diganosis first and how much would that cost and he said only the hourly fee would apply.

Having no idea what the real issue was or how long it would take to fix, I sent him away.

Be aware of how this company engages, and make sure you understand their fee structure before inviting them out to assess your issue.

I had several electrical issues to troubleshoot, and SOS figured them all out, so the lights all are working again!
Chiago (sp?), an SOS associate sent by Renaldo, was super nice and knows his business. He changed a GFI, fixed an outdoor outlet for the up-lights, ensured the electricity was getting to the pond, and got the driveway lights functioning-- all in about an hour.

I will call SOS again to do a new lighting project in the backyard.
Very reasonable rates and competent service. I could not be more pleased.

They did wiring in my dining room and living room and installed two fixtures. They are professional, reliable and punctual. I appreciate their work specially Ronaldo and Pedro. I highly recommend them for any electrical work you have.
