True to their words they called me back within one hour. Joe said he'd be here about 8-8:30 the next morning and was right on time as promised. I had a previous tenant who was very dishonest and installed an illegal breaker on my rental house to bypass the meter so she could get free A/C, so I called Sonner and within 10 mins after his arrival the breaker was removed and all the illegal wiring gone and now my house/electrical panel is back to square one!
Very personable, knew exactly what needed to be done, did it, and was very reasonable in cost!

I was trying to install a new light fixture and of course it went wrong ,and lost power in my hallway. After calling numerous electricians sonner electric were the only ones to send someone out right away and give a fair price for the work that needed to be done . Now I know who to call first and I would definitely recommend them to everyone .

Wow!!! A/C breaker went out @ 100 degrees. Called and they were out within 2 hours. Very reasonable price even after he had to replace whole box. Will call them again without hesitation

Excellent response from Joe and his crew. I called after hours, desperate for help. I must admit, I called a few other local electricians first, no answer. When I called Sonner, they answered right away and advised me to contact Edison to get the meter unlocked. They came out right away and took care of my electrical issue. Thank you Joe and Scott! As first time homeowners and not being too familiar with the area we don't have a ""go to"" person for any house repairs that we may need. Naturally, I went on Yelp & did my research. Based on excellent reviews, I chose Sonner & they did not dissappoint.
1. Joe responded very quickly to my questions.
2. We were able to schedule an appointment for service that was convenient to us.
3. The electrician that came out (didn't get his name, wish I did) was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and went above & beyond. Not only did he fix the issue we initially called for (recessed lights & light fixture not turning on in one room) but he also grounded a couple of outlets for us.

Needless to say WE WILL BE USING SONNER FOR OUR FUTURE ELECTRICAL NEEDS.
