This is an amazing service company. 6 months ago I needed all my very old landscape lights checked and some needed re-wiring that included tunneling etc. Brad said: ""no problem"" and meant it. The fixtures were ancient and I expected to have to re-do all but Brad managed to find just the right bulbs, 'rehab' everything including some digging, re-wire the timer and it's as good as new. The price was very reasonable.

Due to the power outage this weekend, the timer needed to be re-set. I called Brad and he came to take a look and fix - an electrician that makes next day house calls, unreal! :-)

Brad and Jenny are a great team, excellent communicators and very nice people.

Feel fortunate to have them as a local resource.

The work is top-notch and he'll take as much time as needed to find the right solution and make things work.

Also has been willing to drop other things and come work at our house in pouring rain on a sort of emergency fix.

Cannot recommend Brad highly enough. Peace of mind and comfort knowing things will be done right no matter what the issue or challenge.

I negotiated a contract with Solinsky to repair a parking lot light fixture for my 65 unit condo association. After 10 weeks of doing nothing, footdragging and lame excuses I gave them one more week to execute the work. When that did not happen I fired them. Don't waste your time.

I've never been to Solinsky Lighting but I called them a few days ago looking for a lighting product that I needed for an event that was starting a few hours later. They didn't carry what I was looking for but Jenny graciously offered to do some research on where I might find it. During the next hour or two, she contacted me several times to give me leads on where I might find the product, updating possible locations as necessary to correspond with my movement around the Bay Area as I ran errands and looked for the product! She eventually found the product for me in another store, went there, bought several boxes of it for me, and offered to deliver them to the event because I was behind schedule!!!! She ended up meeting me at a convenient location so I could receive the items. I was able to reimburse her immediately but she had even offered to let me pay her later. I was able to deliver the items to the event just in time, because of Jenny's incredible generosity and effort. I couldn't believe how kind and helpful she had been, especially given that I wasn't even buying anything from her store. I used to work in retail, and if I thought that we didn't have a product that was right for a customer, I would happily refer them somewhere else that might be able to help them. Ever since then, I've considered that approach to be a sign of honesty, trustworthiness, and good customer service that makes me want to be a loyal customer. Jenny not only demonstrated that level of customer service, but went way above and beyond that standard. Thank you, Jenny! I wholeheartedly recommend Solinsky Lighting & Electric!

Great customer service throughout the entire experience. I had some tricky chandeliers that needed re-wiring. They went above and beyond to work with a third party to repair the situation, negotiate a warranty for us. Very professional and so nice! We are relieved to have found someone we can trust for all our electrical needs now.

I called Solinsky Lighting originally as I was having issues getting timely responses from another company. Jenny and Brad make a very good partnership, with Jenny providing very professional front line communication and quotes (and coordinating the team) and Brad providing detailed on-site inspections and sharing his recommendations/knowledge. They were very respectful of my budget and ensured the work could be done in line with my expectations. The electrician they appointed for my job completed the work to a high standard. I would definitely go to these guys as my primary contact for electrical needs in the future.

Brad Solinsky replaced some out-of-date electric panels, installed new light fixtures, and took care of grounding and other electrical safety issues. I found working with Brad and his capable assistant, Jenny, to be easy and enjoyable.
