If I could give zero stars I would. Rude unprofessional project manager and Aida. The company advertises a warranty and 100% customer satisfaction. I have yet to recieve copies of my warranty as I have an extremely unfinished job since March 2021. Seems impossible to contact now that they charged the final charge without signing the job was completed. Complete scam.

They have my phone number, address, email all possible ways to contact me back.

I would not recommend this company. I had them take down about 4 ring cameras and it cost $675... way too expensive. Also they put down the wrong contact information so I didn't hear back from the for over two weeks so I had to follow up with them. Poor service and way over priced.

I contacted these folks because I needed two smoke detectors replaced. I was impressed at first, as the person who I called seemed knowledgeable about the products that I needed.
I made an appointment and received a quote for two different smoke detectors. My presumption was that they simply had them in stock and should offer me either one when they arrived.

I got a call on the morning of the appointment to tell me that the smoke detector that I needed was not available in the store. I then asked the technician if he could come by and just look at my detector, which he did.

The appointment window was between 8 am snd noon, and by noon he had arrived. He was somewhat clear about which detector I needed, but I got the impression that it would be a long, protracted process.

The final straw for me was regarding Covid safety. The technician wore a bandanna around his face, but eventually removed it once inside my home and began speaking to me with no mask on. I don't feel comfortable with people speaking to me without masks on, so that's when I knew for sure that I couldn't move forward with them. The other gentleman with him kept his mask on his whole time, but Pedro did not.

Given that I didn't find out until the day of my appointment that they didn't have the smoke detectors available to make the repair, along with the lack of Covid safety, I cannot recommend these people for electrical services. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Another electrical contractor had a scheduled appointment with my company today and did not show up. I began looking for someone to do our data drops same day because we were now in a pinch. I was hesitant to call Solaris based on these reviews but I had an amazing experience.

Within an hour of calling the main office, Richard was here and surveyed the job/quoted me within 10 minutes. Daniel came about an hour or so later after lunch (as I was told), and got the job done relatively quick. The cable runs were ran neatly and cable tied, data jacks in the patch panel were awesome, and he tested the runs in front of me to show they were good. Daniel was very professional.

The only bad part about this experience was that I wasn't using Solaris in the past. They did such a good job that they earned our business and are doing a bigger job for us tomorrow.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was referred to Giraldo to fix a very minor electric box problem. I needed to sell my house and the buyers were looking to make sure the electric box was under code and would pass inspection. I sent a very clear picture of the box and my request to Mr. Giraldo asking him to verify that the electric box looked okay and he responded that he could fix it all for me for the tidy sum of $700+. I was stunned and when I told him so and mentioned I would seek another opinion, he responded later and said he could do the job for $400, but that it was really dangerous and I should get it fixed right away.

I got 2 other quotes and both companies charged me $120, only for the diagnostic fee, and said that the electric box was 100% fine. All that needed to be done was to cap off some wires. They even mentioned they hated charging me that much money for absolutely no work.

Avoid like the Bubonic plague. I wouldn't recommend this company to change a lightbulb, as they'd probably charge exorbitant prices to do so, as other reviewers have pointed out.

Initial response from Owner was great, timely, then he asked if I could provide the details of my project and send pictures. I provided the full scope and never heard back.

One of their associates came to my house to give me an estimate for installation of a transfer switch for a portable generator - They e-mailed me an estimate for $1,114.00 - I accepted - Their installer came out - the first thing I asked him when he arrived is (what is the bottom line - he checked his records and said $1,114.00) I gave him the go ahead to install the switch -When he was done I needed to know if the switch worked correctly - so, the installer used my generator to test the switch - it took a while to get the generator started - (brand new $1500 generator) He insisted I call the manufacturer that the problem was my generator - I told him I need to know that the switch was working properly before I would pay him - Finally everything fell into place and the generator turned on and the switch was working to my satisfaction - I got my check book to write him a check - He said the cost would be $1,489.00 - I spoke on the phone with his secretary and she said because he had to use MY GENERATOR to test the switch there would be an extra charge - I refused and at that point I was hesitant to give him a check with access to my account numbers - I told him I would put a cashiers check for the amount of $1,114.00 in the mail - I was not paying $1,489.00 - They called the police - very funny because this is a civil matter and the police could do nothing - I did send them the cashiers check for $1,114.00 - do not trust these people - pull them up with the better business bureau and you will see that they do not responds to complaints -
