We used Socket Doctors to install a new outlet and run the electric to it for EV charging. It was easy to get Greg here for a quote and to get it installed in the time we needed it. Everyone we worked with was very polite and efficient. They did a great job - everything looked neat and worked well. I only received one other quote for this project but they came in significantly less than this other company for the same work. I would definitely use them again!

I was certified to handle data wiring, and used to always handle our own, but we are a bit past the age of being able to handle wiring. Socket Doctor is our go-to for any wiring, electrical or data.

We've used Brad and his folks several times at a couple houses. The first time, I had them put in a new breaker box and a whole house surge-protector. The job was handled quickly, easily, with no hassle at all, and at a very reasonable price. We also had them wire the second house fully with CAT6. Again, the job was handled quickly, easily, with no hassle, and at a reasonable price.

I'm about to have them add new wiring for a new bathroom, and they already quoted me a very reasonable price. They are the only folks I go to for wiring. Now, if I could find a plumber as good as Socket Doctor is for electrical.....

Wanted to charge me $850 to install a Nema 14-50 outlet directly under my circuit breaker when I had plenty of space for another breaker in my breaker panel. I wonder how much they would have charged if I didn't mention it was for a Tesla.

I called someone else and got the same job done for $500.

Had a bad experience with the scheduling - unfortunately.
We made a few days ago an appointment for them to come to my house on a Thursday between 8am and 9am. And then, at the day of the appointment, at 8:35 am i receive a text msg asking me to confirm the appointment. I did not see that text msg bc I was talking on the phone, so they decided to cancel the appointment. I had organized my day in such a way to be available for them at my house between the agreed time-set. To ask for a confirmation during that same time-set and then to cancel on me 5 min. later is not right! The worst part was the way he talked to me on the phone afterwards. No apologies whatsoever, he even said he thought I was annoying bc I thought I was right. Well,.... they lost a client there.

Brad & Greg were very professional. They arrived at 2:20pm and they were done by 4:30pm...that same day It looks like the chargers have always been there...very nice. Our power box panels are in our finished basement and I wouldn't have know they even went downstairs to do anything had I not been here. There was no cutting into the drywall or any damage whatsoever I HIGHLY recommend them. Amazing wo

Showed up promptly when I had a minor issue. The service tech was courteous and professional. Had the problem fixed in about 30 mins. Charged me $219. I would use their service again for the reliability alone.

Brad and team did a fantastic job on some electrical work at my house. I needed an electric generator connector on the outside of my house to plug a large portable generator into in the event of a power outage to power the whole house. He also installed an interlock switch on my breaker panel so I can power the house without the danger of injuring a line worker. They did a fantastic job and were able to run the big cable through the crawlspace and up the wall without cutting the drywall in the laundry room. My wife was ecstatic since there was no mess. The power doesn't go out often but sure enough about a week late it did. The connection worked perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Socket Doctors again. Great job Brad!

Socket Doctors was great to work with. They came out fairly quickly for my free estimate and helped us understand what we needed by talking through things. They were friendly and knowledgeable and I didn't feel as though I was being taken advantage of. Justin, our installer, was awesome. He did a great job! He made sure we were up and running before he left and I felt like he went above and beyond for what we had done. We'll definitely use them again!

Contacted Socket Doctors to fix a problem at my elderly parents' home. My dad had called a few other places that had quoted $1,700 and $600 for the repair after rooting around in the basement, flipping switches at the panel, and leaving a detailed quote.

Justin came in, listened to my description of the problem, guessed at what the issue might be and began to test his theory out. Ten minutes later everything was completely fixed at a cost cheaper than the other two quotes. The peace of mind, however, was priceless. Thanks, guys!
