I called SoCal Electric in the morning and the technician came in just a couple hours. It's nice because they will call to confirm with you around 30 mins before they arrive. My house had a problem with the outlets and Joe came to help me. He is very nice, friendly and works as professional. I would recommend SoCal Electric to anyone. Thank you!

Great job by So Cal Electric. Joe came out to check on a bad circuit breaker. It was not an easy fix as he had to trouble shoot what damage had occurred as the old circuit breaker failed & did not trip and fried some wiring. Joe was very professional, friendly and answered questions I had and offered recommendations on how we could repair everything. The price was fair as well. Great work. I will definitely contact So Cal Electric for any other electrical needs & would highly recommend them!

I contacted SoCal Electric(SCE) to check out an old electrical panel of mine. I had a previous electrician *strongly* recommend that I replace the panel for a tune of $1250. I thought that seemed high so a neighbor gave me SCE's contact info and advised me to see what they had to say. Long story short - a SCE tech came out, took a look at the panel and told me clearly that while it would be 'best' to replace the panel it wasn't fully necessary. I appreciated the tech's honesty and asked him what should be done instead. He said we could do with a much lower cost replacement of a few parts, and that that would be a good solution. In less than 24 hours, he had replaced the parts and also checked out a few other electrical issues he noticed. The tech completed all of the work quickly, efficiently and kept me in the loop via calls and texts (since I was at work). I came home to find fantastic work all done.

SCE's professional staff, excellent, honest work deeply impressed me. I am definitely going back to SCE for any future issues, and I highly recommend to anyone in the area to contact SCE for any of your electrical needs.

I hired Joe about six months ago to upgrade the main panel and install can lighting in a few rooms. He gave a range of repair/upgrade options and explained the cost breakdown of each. repair/upgrade options ranged from the basic necessities($) to all the bells and whistles($$$). The prices were competitive, I received about 3-4 quotes and his was in the middle. he does not try to pressure or upsell you.

I was leaning towards the top option but he recommended that i take the lower, cheaper option. He said the lower option would be enough for my needs (2 people in the house) and advised that i try it out for a few months and if i needed to upgrade, the price would the difference between the two options (no additional service fee). Joe said it would be paying for something i do not need. So i went with the cheaper option . **six months in and no issues at all - no upgrade needed**

Joe and his team were on time and completed the job as promised. I recommend Joe/Socal and i would hire them again. He is honest, competitively priced, and does quality work.

I had 5 electrical jobs around the house, and called three different companies to get estimates. One guy never showed up, the second guy gave me an hourly rate, but wouldn't tell me how long he expected it to take, but Joe showed up on time, had a great attitude, and gave me a breakdown of how much the total project would cost. It wasn't cheap, but it was done right, and Joe was very open about explaining everything he was doing along the way. He gave options for each job (an economical price, and a higher quality price) without any up-selling. He also pointed out a few areas of concern with other electrical connections that were not related to the projects I hired him for. It's been a few months since we hired Joe, and everything is working great, just as promised.

We needed our kitchen lights/switch fixed. Called SoCal Electric in the morning and Joe wad able to come by the later in the day. I appreciated that he wanted to get our lights fixed on the same day, squeezing us into his schedule after 5pm. He was very professional and took the time to explain to us the electrical issues. SoCal Electric was an excellent company to work with. My wife and I recently bought a house and Joe was kindly enough to come out and give us the honest truth. He provides great prices and quality service. Communication is great between him and the customers and works well with others when there is more than one person on property. So Cal Electric is familiar with all types of wiring and electric problems in the household including knob and tube (my house). Not many people would touch knob and tube, so if you have an older home, call SoCal Electric to give you a bid to take out that fire hazard old wires.
