I had two Ring security cameras installed October 14, 2020 and it went great. Adam was very punctual. He installed one camera on my porch and one above the garage. I feel very safe with great views of the yard and street. Now I know when any deliveries arrive. At night there are recordings of the local wildlife, so far one large very pretty skunk near my porch and heading down toward the street, four raccoons crossing the driveway single file, and a large cat walking around. During the day most of the videos are of people walking their dogs. It's entertaining during this boring pandemic shut down. Adam set everything up and showed me how to use everything. I could never had done it myself and am very pleased with everything.

He even came back a few weeks later to help me program one section of my tv that I forgot to ask him about during the initial install. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. I was looking for an electrician to add an outlet directly above the current outlet to mount a TV. At first, I didn't think of hiring a Home Theater company for this but their name came up on Yelp for my search on electricians. I had a few contacts from electricians that either refused the job because they were too busy or the cost was too high for one reason or another. I then contracted So Cal Home Theater and after I discussed the job with them, they mentioned that they could do the install for the television as well for about the same price electricians were quoting me for just the outlet. So, I hired then right away. I was scheduled for the following week an everything went without a hitch. The installer (Adam) showed up on time and was exactly what I would want for an installation. He was tidy and somewhat of a perfectionist when it came to measurements and level.. Once completed, he even assisted in programing my remote for the new TV and sound bar. What a delight. I would highly recommend for a job like this. Thanks again!

So Cal Home Theater was fantastic! Office staff, Nina, was very responsive and got me a quote quickly. Adam came out to mount our TV and get our TV connected correctly. Not only was he prompt, he worked quickly and walked me through how to use the TV. He connected everything the way we requested and even cleaned up. The entire process went smoothly and was stress free. I would definitely use So Cal Home Theater again. Excellent service.
