SNR Electrical Services LLC is owned and operated by Maurcio and Juana Flores. We engaged SNR again recently to replace our outdoor breaker box and install outside light fixtures all around. The required city permit was promptly obtained and e-mailed to us. At the start of work, Mr. Flores provided excellent advice regarding types of front porch lights to purchase (and not to purchase), advice which will be of long-term benefit. During final inspection of the work, we discovered a latent wiring problem, wholly unrelated to any of the work done, which caused repeated tripping of a circuit breaker. Mr. Flores brought two additional crew members over to assist in diagnosis of what turned out to be a very difficult wiring problem, which was ultimately corrected.

We had previously (a year ago) had SNR install LED lights in our kitchen and laundry room. On that occasion we again benefitted from Mr. Flores' advice regarding fixtures and installation. Our positive experience on this occasion was the reason we engaged SNR for the major project described above.

Estimates and invoices were promptly provided and we were at all times advised of progress and timing. Our experience with SNR has been outstanding and deserving of highest compliments.

Previous electricians in the past have been either no shows or showing up at the wrong time to perform badly needed repairs. I cannot afford to work on their schedule when they feel like working.

Careful of this company. He charged me a 50% deposit on a project. After months of not getting the project completed, he said he would refund my money. It has been many more months and there is a new excuse every day ""I refunded your card...I sent a check in the mail...I'll be there tomorrow to return your money, etc"" I still have not received my return. Do not give this Mauricio ANY money until the job is complete or he will run with it....SCAM.

Mauricio has been with us from the start and had some everything beautifully. He has been competitive, price matched, and worked with our hectic remodeling schedule with no complaints. He called and informed us of every step and even informed another contractor of his intentions to work without me having to watch the process in every little detail. He even went above and beyond and informing us of issues that needed servicing that another contractor did not inform us of to help protect our future home. Even when we were have problems with someone who damaged his work I called him and he scheduled to come out and repair their work. They are the best.
