These guys are dedicated and committed to offering the best customer experience bar none. They first impressed me when they were contracted out by my solar company to upgrade my main panel. Their installation was very good and detailed that I hired them to upgrade my sub panel and install 240 outlets among a few other things. Once again, Smith Electric went well beyond to make sure everything was to satisfactory. Glad I went with them and I would highly recommend them 100%.

Electrician arrived same day I called for a service request, earlier than time window estimate, and resolved issue in 20 minutes. He rechecked some other wiring since we had some extra time, and solar system, and gave additional advice on a separate issue as well. Very knowledgable, friendly, and respectful! I've used Smith Electric twice and they have done a great job both times.

The first project I had them perform was installation of a 240v outlet to charge our electric vehicle. They coordinated the proper city inspection and permit process, showed up on time, and were courteous. Price was reasonable.

Second time I had Dave come by to take a look at a minor electrical issue. It was a last minute thing but he happened to be in the area and stopped by to quickly resolve the issue.

I highly recommend Smith Electric!

Very disappointed: I needed a socket installed in my garage and called twice- once after hours and second time during working hours. I left two voice mail messages but no one called back.

The team did a great job from start to finish! We were considering solar and Dave took a lot of time going over the pros and cons given our budget. He laid out exactly what it would cost vs monthly electrical bills and even showed us when it would end up paying for itself. We have a really weird roof that required an outside contractor who Dave referred and was also did a great job. Everything was finished in just 2 days! I definitely recommend smith electric for your solar needs.

The team at Smith Electrical has been awesome for knocking out several projects, including complete re-wiring of my garage, adding 2 light fixtures to garage, wiring and installing new motion sensor light, adding a circuit to install several new outdoor outlets, installing an attic fan, and sorting out a switch in a bedroom which inexplicably was installed to turn on both the fan and light at the same time so now I can enjoy the fan at night without the light on because of a new double switch. While these are several little projects they treated each project like it was important and did very clean work. They scheduled appointments promptly, were respectful, put down drop cloths where there could have been a mess, showed up on time, and got a lot of work done for just 2 days with one guy each day. Will definitely be using for a few more projects and any needs in the future! Already recommended to several people at my office who all remarked that it is so hard to find a good electrician these days, and if they are good it's hard to get them out to your house quickly. These guys are head and shoulders above the competition.

Our solar company dispatched smith electrical to come out as we lost power to half of our house. We have old push button panels which are super old and a nightmare. We had two other electricians (not w/Smith) come out and they couldn't get it working but these guys got it back in about 15 minutes!! I wish I could give the young guy props who got it back but forgot his name, sorry! He took his time, was super nice and got it back when other electricians had given up and just said we need a new panel. We do, but these guys got us up and running so we dont have to rush into a decision. Thanks!
