We had an electrical issue happen on a Sunday evening. We called first thing Monday AM to schedule. They came out same day and fixed our issue. We are well pleased with the service provided. We are always trying to find the best value for our money. We feel like these folks were reasonable and a good value for the money.

Not very timely or professional. Wanted to charge a $69.00 service fee to just come and assess the situation. Too bad, I went with Scott Electric instead. They are professional, timely and dependable. Oh, and Scott is going to make a lot of money from what I need fixed.

Scott Smith from Smith & Jones Electric did an outstanding job at my mom's home. Despite the Texas heat, Scott never complained about working conditions. He did a lot of work in the attic, on the sub panel and the main panel over a 4 day period. His work included installing chase nipples in cable entrances, installing GFCI receptacles, concealing exposed wiring, and increasing service conductors to name a few. From the first visit to the last, he proved himself to be professional and knowledgeable. The quoted estimate was fair and affordable. Grace, the office manager, was also pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend Scott Smith for all your electrical needs.
