Where do I begin. I first contacted Smilys Electric to ask for a quote install an exterior outlet in the backyard. He gave me a good price and we agreed on a date/time. Ismael showed up right on time and went right to work. After seeing the quality of his work I asked about a few more items. He gave me a reasonable price and he ended up adding three outlets, two exterior lights on either side of the garage and a switch for them. The quality of his work is great and I was pleased with everything. Fast forward a few weeks to Xmas Eve and suddenly the lights in my kitchen were turning on and off and flickering. I called Ismael right away and he FaceTimed me to see if he was able to diagnose the problem. Due to the age of the breakers and symptoms, he determined it was a faulty breaker. He came the next morning (CHRISTMAS MORNING) and was able to replace the circuit breaker, tighten up some loose connections in the panel and literally save Christmas for us. Not sure if anyone else on the planet would do this for a customer, if I could give Ismael and Smilys Electric 10 stars, I would. Thank you Smily's Electric and Ismael for providing outstanding service and exceptional work.

Put out a bid for an EV charging station installation, Ismael had the lowest price and a strong warranty. He came today and installed the 240v NEMA 14-50 outlet and wall charger, took no more than 2 hours and he was great to work with. Best price, great service and he stands behind his work, can't ask for any more than that. I will be calling Ismael for any future electrical service needs.

Power went out in half my house. Ismael came over same day to look at the breakers and determined my current one burnt out. He told me to have sce remove the ring lock so he could replace it. Later that day, he came back with the replacement(after sce unlocked the rings) and got me back my power! He checked my power output to make sure I wasn't drawing too much.. It turned out my breaker is just faulty as the townhouse builders went cheap on everything.

Ismael and Mario were great. Very open and honest about the whole process. I met with a couple electricians and I'm very happy I went with them. The nema 14-50 installed was put in beautifully. They could've cut corners and just ran the conduit outside of the house but went the extra mile to under my house and make it look nice. If you are looking for an honest electrician who is fair on pricing and takes pride in his work , you found them . I will def be using Smily Electric again and referring on my friends.

What more can I say about Ismael, he put over a dozen recess lights in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his work. He was very thorough in answering all my questions and when I had an issue at a condo i recently sold, he went over to my old condo and fixed the electrical issue, ""telling me, don't worry about it, I will take care of it for you"". And that he did. I will definitely be doing business with him and his team again. And I would recommend others do the same. Honest, professional, affordable and punctual are just a few words to describe my experience with this company. We will be in touch, for future projects.

The owner was very responsive and did a fantastic job. I will definitely hire him again. I had a flood light hard wired. The install looks very professional with the piping. I'm glad I didn't try to do this myself or else I would've messed it up big time.
