My 1950's floor furnace finally gave up the ghost so I needed to install a wall heater. Pedro was one of four companies I had to come out, inspect the situation and give me a bid. He was not the cheapest bid, but the one that I felt the most confidence in to cut through the wall and into the roof for the vent. His inspection was professional, he explained the possible issue in my attic clearly with photos and everything was straight forward, logical, and without pressure, drama, or the anticipation of surprises. He didn't complicate the job. It is so insulting and annoying when servicemen act like they are about to risk their lives and dramatize the degree of difficulty of disconnecting one thing to connect another as if it were brain surgery. I usher those guys to the door. Pedro is professional, not a con artist. His pricing is fair, he works clean, and it goes exactly how he says it will. Be aware that he does not do drywall finish - though his brother Raoul did a fine job that came close - nor does he do wood floor repair where the floor heater came out , those are added jobs and expenses you must hire. But the heater worked perfectly as soon as he was done. I plan on having him back to do some electrical and look forward to it. A man of his word, skilled, and focused. A+

A+! Pedro is the best. My wife and I first met Pedro when he was fixing an electrical problem for a neighbor. We asked if he could fit us into his schedule afterward and he agreed. Within an hour, Pedro had fixed our thermostat and a heat lamp--both items we'd written off as needing to be completely replaced. A few months later, I reached out to Pedro about installing two ceiling fans in our apartment. He showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment and installed the two fans without any issues. They look GREAT! He even went above and beyond to add caulking around the top edge of the fan to make it look cleaner as it met the ceiling. When he was done with the installation, he insisted on using a magic eraser to clean up some scuff marks on the ceiling (from the previous light fixture). And he explained everything I needed to know about operating the fans, using the dimmer switch, etc. Pedro is experienced, competent, knowledgeable, impeccably polite and attentive--he's a pleasure to work with and he always gets the job done right.

Pedro rescued us from the curse of the Bel Air Power Surge on Dec 23, 2019. The result after an evening power outage,was that our many of our major appliances and electricity no longer functioned. We also experienced an electrical fire in the kitchen which rendered all of overhead lighting out. My regular electrician had no interest in coming out as it was a holiday so my daughter passed along Pedro's name. He came the next morning and began his assessments. After two visits he had repaired the heating, thermostat, instant hot water tank and the fried outlet in the kitchen along with other various electrical outlets. He brought everything back to functioning. Since that time, we have used him additional times to upgrade our systems, run new lines and basically evaluate our entire situation at home. He has also upgraded our home air purifier system and cleaned and serviced our heater and AC. He is a conscientious professional who is not satisfied until he gets to the root of the problem and solves it. He is prompt and full of knowledge about home systems with many great suggestions. He is personable and always responsive to texts. I feel we hit the jackpot finding him and recommend him unreservedly!!!!

My AC stopped working and we thought it was the end of the world. Our first thoughts were we have to replace the entire unit; which would have cost us an arm and a leg. We contacted SmartMoves, and Pedro came to the rescue almost immediately. When he got to our home we began to explain to him what we thought it was (of course we thought the worst possible scenario) and Pedro reassured us not to worry and that he would figured out what was going on. He told us that he would troubleshoot the situation in hopes that he could solve our problems without having to replace the entire unit. As he bagan working he located our problem, our thermostats was not working properly. Pedro went ahead and replaced our thermostats and our AC unit was working like new again. Pedro saved us a lot of money by locating our solution rather than taking us at our word and replacing the entire unit. We have not had a problem since he came to work on it!

Pedro was awesome to work with. He was courteous and respectful. He made sure to let us know what he was doing before he started anything. He worked diligently and left his work are cleaner than when he arrived. Best of all he finds the solution that works best for everyone!
