Had Smart Choice come out for refrigerator repair service through our Home Warranty Service (Cinch) Sears, had them come out around 8 times and still never got the refrigerator repaired, Not only bad service with Smart Choice to not tell the Warranty company the fridge is unrepairable. But even for Sears (Cinch) which I will also be canceling service with for treating very long time client like this,

Viktor came out to fix my dryer. He was prompt, as a matter of fact he showed up earlier than the window of time I was given! He was friendly, polite and had my dryer fixed quickly. He explained the issue and left the area clean. My warrenty Company assigned Smartchoice, but I would definitely use them again if there was an appliance or issue that was not covered. i highly recommend him and Smartchoice!
