Mario responded quickly via Yelp! He went over the EV charger installation options, and came out to inspect my electrical box. Fortunately no upgrades were needed. Jeff, master electrician, came out a few days later at my request, and installed a Nema 14-50 (240v) receptacle. The receptacle & box were of high quality and rugged for many years of outdoor use. Jeff did an excellent job. Both guys are super knowledgeable about battery and EV charging. I will definitely use them again as I increase the number of electric cars in the household.

Smart plug EV did a fantastaic job swapping out my home's residential 200 watt electrical panel. Smart plug EV provided a large capacity battery power source that was able to power my essential appliances while the electrical work was being completed which prevented any food from spoiling and allowed me to carry out my daily activities. Throughtout the entire process Mario and his team were professional, friendly, clear and we're open to constructive feedback when unexpected issues arose (as is the case with most jobs). I highly recommend smartplug EV if you are in need of any electrical repair and support!!

Really impressed by the professionalism and follow through from Smart Plug ev. Jeff and Bryan helped me out. I made a mistake and bought a second rate EV charger through OfferUp, they installed it for me graciously, but then when it didn't work well, I ended up buying a Tesla EV charger from them. They came back, swapped out the chargers, and responded very quickly. They ran the line through my attic, and everything was really clean. Excellent customer service, very responsive, great guys. Great team all around!

I was in need for the installation of a Tesla wall charger for overnight charging at home. Mario was very quick to respond, and was able to base a quote on just a picture of the breaker and the place of where the charger was to be installed.
