Unresponsive. Took them more than a week to provide a very vague quote typed in an email. There is no breakdown of anything. Super high level quote. I replied and asked a couple of questions, but it has been days without getting a response. If this is the way they handle a new prospect, I can only imagine what it would be like after I agree to their work. Will the work take a while to be done? What about issues? If they can't handle the sales aspect effectively, imagine that process when one has an issue and need an adequate response. No thank you

I had a great experience with these guys installing an EV charger in my Garage. Scott gave me multiple options for the install and scheduled the install. Dee & James came right on time, walked me through the process and did a great install. Would highly recommend them.

Rip off! I completed their online quote request and got a quote for $1200. Found another guy to do it for $200. Don't trust this company.

I love my Mode Y. I have wanted a Tesla since 2014 and finally bought a 2021 Model Y LR end of 2020. When I placed my MY order online with Tesla, I researched their site to find a recommended electrician who is certified to work on Tesla equipment, Smart Charge America and a few other companies popped up. We hired Smart Charge because they were the most knowledgeable, they increased the warranty on the charger, and warrantied their Installation. The installation was smooth. Their electricians we're on time, professional, and did not leave until my charger was working perfectly. One of their managers pulled up in a Model Y just like the one I purchased which instantly made me feel comfortable, and he project managed the install and used his car to make sure the charger was charging efficiently! Very happy with the Tesla experience!

Disappointing. They were referred by Tesla dealer for outlet conversion. Filled out their online info to get a quote 4-5 times, but everytime I tried downloading, their system kicked me out. So wasted 40-50 minutes trying to download info for a quote to their site. What a waste. Called them and left a message and never received a return call.

I ended up going with Grayzer....they got back to me within 1 days and gave me a quote within 3 days.

I used Smart Charge America to have my Tesla Chargers installed. They sent Brooks and Marlon to do the job. Those two guys were so professional. They called me on their way to my place and they showed up as scheduled. They were very knowledgeable and they did a great Job. My Tesla and I thank them for their professionalism. On top of it, Smart Charge America donates to One Tree Planted to plant a tree every time they install an electric car charger. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this company.

I had my NEMA 14-50 installed with Smart Charge America. I submitted the form online with pictures and the quote arrived from Scott within a couple days.

The quote was cheaper then a couple other Tesla recommended electricians. I hired them and they were able to come the day after my Tesla was delivered. Which was within two weeks of me contacting them.

The installation was scheduled for noon and they reached out to me around10am that day to see if they could come earlier. Technicians D and Brooks arrived promptly and discussed their ideas for installing the plug. This would entail them taking the plug above my door and into my garage. This method is what was discussed by Scott on the initial call and email. The two technicians completed the job in about three hours and included the 14-50 plug and a wall Mount to hold my plug. They were friendly as we discussed tennis and future electric work. I would recommend them. Car is charging at the correct rate and the work looks good.

Unfortunately, they didn't respond with a quote until day 3 -- which happened to be 30-minted after Good Faith Energy installed it for $350 cheaper (Tesla Wall Charger). Recommend giving them a call 469-209-5910 (ask for Charles) or logging onto https://goodfaithenergy.com.

David was awesome over the phone, he was extremely helpful and took the time to give me advice on an issue I was having. He wasn't even expecting to get a job out of it, but the next time someone asks who to call or if I need him to finish or redo my current project, I would definitely reach out to him
