Zero defects comes to mind when using Slusher plumbing,they have plumbed our remodeled kitchen and bath.They have been opening and closing the house spring and winter for 10 years,anything not operating as advertised is fixed.Nothing better on a cold spring day to come into the house warm, heater and refrigerators operating.The technicians know the trade.They have our complete trust and the keys to our house.

Excellent service. On time, knowledgeable, and friendly. I called on Saturday late afternoon, and they were the only plumber who had a person answering the phone. They promised someone on Sunday, and they were on time and cleared the roots from my main line in under an hour.

Pros: They answer, schedule and show up with a very qualified plumber who has all the equipment on their truck to handle most problems.

Cons: Not cheap. It was an overtime job (Sunday, next time I will wait a day and save $$$). I didn't get an estimate (like the ad says), and the $319 was about $150 more than I expected, but if you need a plumber and want someone who will be there and fix your problem, this is the way to go.

In the future I will remember the overtime issue, but I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

Slusher Plumbing rocks! Connie in the office is always so responsive. They have winterized and dewinterized my home over the years and always go the extra mile. They were the first on-call when I had a frozen pipe break and water was everywhere. They were able to locate me and inform me of damages and help solve a problem for my home as if it was there own.

Our 15-year-old heat pump system in our vacation home in Lake Almanor finally gave us enough repeat problems that it was time to replace the system. We have used Slusher in the past for other plumbing issues and decided to choose them again. David Slusher and his technician did a really good job. Won't show up to give an estimate, they will only come if you agree to an open ended payment. They said they would charge by time and materials but won't show up to provide an estimate. On;y to charge you after they do the repairs. Have no idea whatsoever of the potential charges. Plus they didn't return my phone call, I had to call them back. Will never call this company again
