I was just informed that the previous bond company had numerous claims for the $15,000 from people whom the owner Scott C. had wronged and the insurance company had to allocate the money to different people.
It is a shame that the Contractor's state licensing board requires only $15,000 bond.

The Ganahl lumber co has a lien on his house for unpaid lumber material and according to Ganahl's attorney, Scott gave ganahl a check that bounced.

Be careful, Scott is a financial risk.

This review has been long overdue. We began our ADU project in May of 2020 with a local architect. He drew up our plans, got them approved by the city, and from there we began the bidding process. We received 6 bids (yes, 6!). We knew it was a big project (1200 sq. ft), likely, the biggest home project we would ever do in our lifetime, and did not want to cut any corners.

White Glove Construction was not the cheapest, but we're by far the most responsive and ""feel good"". I use the words ""feel good"" because many of our bids felt very casual, almost as if they didn't want the job. This was NOT the case with White Glove! They were always professional and did what they said they were going to do. We had one minor hiccup, which I felt was to be expected considering the size of our project. This hiccup was quickly resolved with a few phone calls and several apologies from Scott and Steve.

I would consider ourselves lucky since I've seen a few bad reviews down below. But honestly, even since our project has been completed, Scott will still come by if we have any issues. The issues have been very minor, mostly user error and some education is all it takes... We loved White Glove construction so much, it's almost hard to believe that someone could have so many issues.

We loved that Scott allowed, in our contract, for us to perform almost all finishing work. Drywall, flooring, lighting, cabinets, etc. We felt this would save us money and I think we were right. Scott worked with our budget and was honest about what we could actually get for the money we had.

Bottom line, Scott knows his stuff. There was even a time the city inspector learned a few things! We were there when Scott, very diplomatically, whipped out the manufacturers recommendation for some piping. Turns out, Scott's work was top notch, and the city inspector gained a new respect for our contractor due to his knowledge. We love White Glove Construction!

Highly recommend this construction company. They did two bathrooms and a kitchen remodel for me. Steve and Scott came out to my house and did a great job on my initial consultation. They were extremely thorough, listened to my ideas and gave important feedback. Their crew is extremely respectful and reliable. They showed up on time and were hardworkers. I really appreciated their attention to detail and trustworthiness, especially in today's world of horrible customer service/lack of follow through. I will definitely be using White Glove Construction again for future projects.

We hired White Glove Construction to relocate our laundry room, including plumbing, concrete and cabinet work, and to install a chandelier and lighting in our dining room. They did a very professional job and were timely. The team cleaned the job site every night. Work was quality. I would highly recommend them!

I cant say enough good things about these guys. Scott, Steve, and Matt are some of the most professional you will meet. The team was great, and the work was great. The costs were good, but compared to other contractors I have used, the value was great. The more I worked with them the more relaxed I got because I realized they knew what they were doing.

White Glove did our 500 square foot master bedroom addition with outdoor covered
deck. The team was excellent and easy to work with. Steve was always available to answer questions and was organized and knowledgeable. Scott handled his subs seamlessly and always made things work when we had last minute changes including reframing our shower when I decided it was too small. We are planning on hiring them again to build our guest house.

This company was horrible. I got assigned this company from Lowes for a kitchen/ bathroom remodel in Oct 2018. Very hard to communicate with. Long delays in response time or no reply back. I was told over and over again from White Glove Construction (Matt) we can't start a project without all items being delivered. All items were delivered in Dec 2018.
I contacted today and installation manager there said he has never heard of that rule. I feel lied to. Don't waste your time or your money with this company they will not deliver what they promise.
