I would highly recommend Skylight Electrical. They were responsive and prompt. I called this morning and they had someone dispatched to my parents' house to troubleshoot. We were lucky to have someone sent within 30 minutes of calling. Our technician was Frankie and he was awesome. He was respectful and worked quickly. He did not rush and he was careful/safe. He listened and took the time to explain why the problem was occuring as well as how to fix it. He was able to identify the problem, made appropriate recommendations, and he made sure he had the correct quote for services. Thank you Yelpers for your reviews! I would not have otherwise found Skylight Electrical! And thank you Skylight for treating my parents well. Not all businesses treat elderly/disabled customers well and they are often taken advatage of. We are thankful to have gotten Frankie as our technician.

Moving into a new home, we contacted Skylight Electrical for a variety of services that included updating our sub-panel, installing interior/exterior lighting around the house, and updating most of our electrical outlets. Miguel was a pleasure to work with from our first meeting. He came by our house to give us an initial quote that was fair/transparent and worked with us throughout the project to make changes to our plan as things came up. Once the project kicked off, Luis and Juan were EXCELLENT as they worked through the job. The guys were efficient, clean, and always available to answer questions that I had.

I plan on using this company's services again in the future and would highly recommend Skylight Electrical to anyone needing electrical work on their property.

Fantastic service, responded to my request the day I made it, and came out to do the repairs the next day. Manuel was the ultimate professional. Had a very difficult problem that the previous electrician could net fix. Manuel troubleshot the problem from start to finish, and the problem was solved. Will use skylight again when needed.

Hired these guys to re-wire my entire home in order to replace my knob and tube electrical wiring. As well as adding a sub panel inside my house, and outside electrical outlets. This is an incredibly overdue post but if you're looking for some amazing folks to do any electrical work for the house, hit this place up. We had two really amazing electricians help us out up our chandelier. They handled everything for us! They even put the chandelier together without instructions. The manufacturer forgot to include the manual in the box.

I feel awful because I waited so long to move the review and can't remember our electricians' names.

100% would use them again! Highly recommend their services to folks in the Concord/Pittsburg area.

This is in no way a hit on Luis, as his work was great, but I'm really frustrated that Skylight has failed to honor a discount they offered me for having a referral from a friend who worked with Miguel before he started Skylight. Luis presented me with a bill at the end of service that didn't include the promised discount (he wasn't
made aware in advance, so it wasn't his fault). As he was running to the next job and he couldn't get ahold of Miguel, we agreed I would pay my bill later. After he waited for a good while for a call back that never came, I had no choice but to sign his phone so he could be released to go to the next job, but I made it clear that I wasn't agreeing to the cost shown. Rather than uphold the promised discount, they sent me a bill that included their regular diagnostic fee. I'm really disappointed that they haven't been honest about what I was offered.
