As probably most of homeowners I don't understand a thing in electricity. So was looking for an honest company who could tell what I have to do and what is not that important to spend money on right now.
First, I would like to point that Yaro is always answering the phone and text messages. That's really important to me. When a person can't manage even phone calls, how on Earth will he manage a project.
Second, he was always on time. When he runs late he always give a call and keep you posted. I hate be calling first. It helps to keep the project as less stressful as possible. I dont wanna be running around thinking if they'll come or they just forgot.
Third. The way Yaro works is just a pleasure even to look at. Always leaving everything clean and nice.
Fourth. He spend a lot of time explaining to me in details what the hell is going on and what should I do in the future.
Overall, now he is my electrician for any other project I'll have. When you deal with electricity, you don't look on the way to save money. Better do it the right way and sleep well. Especially knowing that Yaro is licensed,insured.
