Carie S.He seemed wonderful at 1st. I gave him $100 to refresh the rocks at the side of the house. I gave him the cash to buy the rocks when he came to work with his men about a week and a half ago. He left for quite a while but didn't come back with the rocks. His men ended up using my lawn mower because his broke. I asked when he was going to come and take care of the rocks. I was told he would come today. I got in touch with Hero to find out what time he would come today so I can keep the dogs inside. He then tells me I'm scheduled for the 25th. That would only allow for 2 visits to mow when we agreed on 3x a month for the summer. At this point, I'm no longer comfortable doing business with him. I just want my $200 back for service I'm not getting. I did let Hero know I'm disabled and on a fixed income. Please refund my money. Thank you.
