josh doesn't pay his subcontractors and constantly makes excuses as to why they're not being paid Even after a job has been completed as confirmed by a home owner that is dealing with him right now. Do not use this man, his company is a joke

Very unprofessional to work with. Does NOT PAY his subcontractors. We worked for him and he will not pay us what he owes us. I have proof of working and his promises to pay. He always says money is coming and he's working on it. I'm just tired and irritated of asking him to pay us for work we've ALREADY done! Never again will we work with him. We aren't the first subcontractors he does this too. He always hires people and makes up excuses why the job isn't done right and acts mad, then just doesn't pay and hires someone else to pay for touching up what's left and pockets all the earnings of the hardworking people who actually do the work.

We trusted the wrong people by hiring them to deal with our insurance claim to build back our kitchen after water damage in May/June of 2021. We were out of our house over three months and did not allowed them to finish the job due to poor craftsmanship, communication, and disrespectful treatment from the owner.

We were distracted by empty promises and pretty designs then left with damages and expensive repairs due to negligence and improper construction preparation. We talked to contractors who would show up at our home waiting to meet Josh for payment and he never showed. Multiple other contractors came into our home and were not being paid yet we were constantly hounded about when insurance money would clear so they could continue work. We would pay then still nothing.

It's a shame because there were solid contractors that did decent work in parts of the kitchen but were treated poorly by Josh or allegedly not paid so then cheap labor was brought in to execute ""custom"" designs.

When concerns on our end were brought up or discussed, we were met with gaslighting and patronizing rather than professionalism and accountability. We now have to pay the price of hiring an illegitimate company that lacked basic knowledge when it comes to safety and preparation.

Had the owner Joshua Gil to came out and give me a quote the price was on the high side to remodel my floor but he said he could start right away so we paid half down to start the work said he would have his crew here the next day they never showed now he has blocked me and won't respond to my calls this is unprofessional and he claims to be a vet not a trusting person he will lie and take your money and run... don't use him for any of your business needs.
