I'm so glad we had the chance to work with this company. Everyone was easy to work with and made themselves available to us at every point through the entire project. Communication is so important to me and it was never an issue with ANYONE at this company! It is evident they run a tight ship and have great people on their teams. Their crews were just great! Particularly enjoyed working with Mike!! And, David!! The owner was really accommodating to us, too! We would work with them again and would recommend them freely! I only give out 5 star reviews. If I can't give a company my 5-star approval I don't bother to review so these guys really impressed me!

Total disaster. Unprofessional. I called them monday with a very important job and let them know that it needed to be expedited asap. Gave them all the information they needed including what was wrong with the electrical panel. I picked these folks because they were literally less than 1 mile from the property. On Wed I hadn't heard from them, so I called them and spoke to someone who said they would call me back within an hour. No call back. I called Friday and left a voicemail. Called again next Monday, a week later and was told they couldn't find the property and now they were backed up. REALLY? Couldn't find the property? They could almost throw a rock at it they were so close to it. Needless to say, I was upset. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I venture to say that you must not need to be very educated or have any customer service skills to be an electrician.
