Stellar work by Sid and his team, Andres and Adam. These guys are honest and clearly have high integrity. They're also thorough. They corrected multiple problems in our splices, wiring and panel. Andres also went under our house to correct electrical problems in the crawl space.

Sid told us a bit about growing up as the grandson and son of electricians. He's deeply knowledgeable and cares about helping people. When I tried to tip him for a few days of work, he refused! OK, maybe next time, Sid. :)

I'll use this company again and will gladly recommend it to friends.

Sid is amazing! He is responsive, helpful and honest. We had him do several jobs for us: installing two out door electrical outlets in out front yard and a garage door opener outlet (needed a new outlet for a roll garage door that had to be placed in a pretty tight space) and are very happy with his work and recommendations. He is knowledgeable and very well hooked into various vendors in Alameda. We recently got a quote from him to replace our main electric panel to a 200 amp so we can add air conditioning. He was immediately on the phone with Alameda Electric to figure out where the main box was and explained the process. Now if all contractors were like that ... well I'd have write so many more reviews.

Sid's been out twice since that original review. Both times he was here in a jiffy and quickly ID'd and fixed the problem. Sid also gave me some advice on some constructions issues he observed while working under the house - very helpful. Sid is the best.

Called SJN when we had only half power. Sid came over within the hour, identified the problem within minutes, went and got the necessary replacement part and installed it just a few hours later. I had a wall switch that was intermittently sparky. Sid came right over and fixed up the wiring. Turned out to be such a simple fix he refused to take payment for it.

Had an issue of a GFCI outlet that kept tripping. The outlet was in a bathroom, but it affected power in the garage. This was problematic today as we have an upright freezer and wine cooler in the garage, and weather forecast for Alameda was 80 today, 90 tomorrow. I called Sid at 7:45 AM--we've used him for years. He answered his own phone, was out in about an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new GFCI outlet in the garage. Freezer and wine cooler are chilling nicely--Thank you Sid, you are my Hero!
