After their initial visit, SJDI never submitted the assessment report to AHS which they needed to review and assign work to other contractors. During this time, my attic was still burning with high temperature heat in the middle of summer. Impacting HVAC system performance and my electric bill through the roof.

I called AHS for days for status, even escalated several times. AHS also made several attempts to email and call SJDI for days with no response. I can only conclude that since SJDI was paid in advance by AHS and they had no skin in the game, sending the assessment report to AHS was no longer a priority. This is UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL way of doing business in your community!!

Came within 24 hours of request. Identified the problem rapidly and fixed it rapidly. Suggested home improvement to reduce probability of future problems. Took a quick look at another issue and resolved it. They came through a home warranty service request, almost makes me think home warranties are worth the hassle. Highly recommend. SJDI was assigned to me from American Home Shield my home warranty company after I refused the original contractor they assigned after they no showed on the first appointment. I'm so glad I got SJDI the second round. Sy called to let me know he was in route was on time. I explained I had no power to a room and recess lighting in my living room. After a long explanation of when I first noticed the problem and through troubleshooting all the outlets on the room in question it was determined a splice wire was the issue. Sy cut the splice went out and reset the breaker and There was ""LIGHT"". THANK YOU so much Sy for your Professionalism and knowledge about your trade. 5 STARS!!!

The worst electrical company i ever dealt with. I hope they go out of business soon. I recommend you to go somewhere else & get your money worth. Nothing was done and i was still charged. Hell naw.. Go somewhere else people. i promise you will regret it.

Company was very fast at responding to claim submitted to home warranty. Daniel came out and fixed the problem in an efficient manner within 24 hours. Coincidentally, we had another problem with the A/C wiring the same day and he came back out to look at it. He again fixed the problem efficiently. I am going to use Daniel to install a electrical outlet outside to hang a TV. I recommend this company.

Looked for reasons to have the claimed denied by home warranty company. Was polite but what he told us and what he wrote on his report was completely different. Beware of using this company.

I had an issue with my second floor GFCI outlets so I contacted SJDI electric to schedule a service call. They responded within an hour and had me scheduled for the next business day and texted me a picture of my electrician. My electrician Daniel showed up on time and fixed the outlet problem in no time.
