This company is a very bad company, they don't want to hire experience workers, they don't want to pay workers for their experience, this woman Patty have a very bad attitude. Run away from this company if you want your house in 1 piece.

It is the worst customer service. I called in about a switch going out the lady kept raising her voice at me and wouldn't ket me speak. She left me on the phone and another one came on phone and insulted me even worse. Mr Miller the manager could care less . How could they get away with treating customers like this??

We bought a new construction house and sir electric was hired by our contractor to do all of our electric works for our house. When we initially moved in on July 18th, 2014 we noticed that some of the under cabinet lighting in our kitchen isn't working so we informed our contractor and they called sir electric to come in and fix it. They came in and replaced the light bulb under our kitchen cabinets and 1 month later it died so I went and bought some light replacement myself and replaced them and they went out within a months again. I thought perhaps the issue was the brand of the light bulb so we got a better one and it just died again so I thought that the issue isn't with the light bulb but there seems to be some serious electrical issues.

We finally decided to call them again and let them know that there's a serious electrical issues and they need to look into this and find out why the issue is. So they came in and informed us that there's an electrical issue and they need to replace the whole thing and they did. Just one month later both of them went out again and I called them and asked them that we need a permanent solution for this and not just a temporary one.

Their response was that we are out of warranty and they can't do anything about it. I'm really disappointed that they are only financially motivated and don't actually care about doing a great job on repairing electrical issues since we are just 1 month passed our warranty.

Their customer service on the phone wasn't helpful either and she was constantly raising her voice and wasn't try to be helpful at all.

There are far better electrical companies out there and sir electric isn't one of them. Take your business somewhere else.
