I contacted Single Line Electric because we had no power from the outlets in our 2 bathrooms. I checked fuse box, etc and could not find the fix for it. I ended up checking Yelp for an electrician and found SKE and spoke to Tommy. Wow, he was so friendly and interested in helping me and he scheduled a visit for the very same day! Fantastic! However, later the same day, my wife fixed it from a hard not see white button on one of the outlet plates, so we did not need a visit and lI et Tommy know. He was very nice about it and asked me if I would keep SLE's info if I ever need help in the future and I told of course I would!
Anyhow, I highly recommend Tommy and SLE and very appreciate his very fast response to help us out.

Great customer service by point person, Tommy. I was not directed to SLE to begin with. I called a company off a home mag who said they were so busy and gave me a referral to 2 other companies that I looked up on Yelp. That prompted me to reach out to one of them via Yelp. Yelp then reached out to many other companies on my behalf. Of the many that responded in the first 30 minutes, SLE was the only one that actually called and left a personal message along with a text after. So SLE was my first call back. Next correct step by SLE was they asked when I was available the same day. This was followed up by a set expectation on when they would get to me in the afternoon, knowing that I had subsequent events. Upon arrival, they quickly diagnosed the issue where Tesla contractors did a PISS POOR job of installing a panel (loose connection to the 220 outlet). This was causing the breaker to heat up and trip the circuit. Once diagnosed, Tommy promised a quote. Upon receipt of the quote, we discussed a start date and time. After agreement and leading up to the date, Tommy was in communication with me via text to confirm. Day of work, SLE arrived pretty much as agreed and began work. Work was done in about 3 hours or so, much less than quoted. I like over-delivery vs. over-promising. SLE took lots of pics and in the end showed me the work that was done and even wrote out for me the issues and problems so that I could take it back to Tesla to see if I can get my money back from Tesla. The level of professionalism was excellent, quality of work was great, and the price was on par with what I expected.

Nery and his team are excellent. They were diligent in ensuring the work was done well and I appreciated the extra time they took to make sure everything was in working order before they left. Single line has completed four jobs on our property and it is safe to say they are my go-to electricians. Very good service and a no cost free estimate. Now I know what needs to be fixed and just need to wait for ownership to approve fix once I receive the estimate. Highly recommend Nery and if you need someone who speaks Spanish, he sure does.

Nery and his team are top notch. They replaced a sub panel in our new townhome, added a 20v breaker and also fixed some outlets that had really bad wiring. The first two tasks were already agreed upon and the 3rd was something they helped out with on a whim thankfully. Nery came multiple times to our Oakland home to provide estimates for different options we were considering. He gave us different ideas and was very professional. They arrived around 11am and were done by a little after 6pm. Their work was very clean and they pay a lot of attention to detail. I highly recommend them and have already shared their information with our entire HOA. I found them on Angi's list and am so glad I did! As first time homeowners, Nery was very reasonable in working with our budget. We can't recommend them enough!
