Denis was amazing! I had an issue with my AC heating my condo, and access to the AC was on the roof of my building. He made time to come by and help on the same day with only a few hours notice and through rush hour traffic. Denis worked on troubleshooting thoroughly, had a capacitor ready to go in his car that he used once he figured out what was causing the issue and worked on the terrace for 2+ hours. It's worth noting this was during an excessive heat warning in 90 degree weather! He took a few trips between the terrace and my condo to make sure the AC worked perfectly before leaving and also provided a guarantee in case any issues come up which gave me a lot of reassurance. My old outside outlet didn't have proper water-proof feature. One day it got shorted and triggered the breaker.

Denis is responsive with inquiry and showed up the next morning. After being briefed about the situation, he was able to quickly access the problem methodologically. He confirmed it's only the outlet that got damaged while the wires remain intact. And he proceeded to replace the outlet with details taken care of.

The entire experience was smooth and efficient. Not to mention his charge is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Denis to every friend.
