Wow! I'm glad to report that we have found our new 'go to' electrician and it is Mr. Nick Simpson of Simpson Electric. We had a couple of circuits 'fry' on our Electric Panel and had 2 separate electrician's claim we needed a new panel (est cost $3K-$5K). Nick came out and did a thorough analysis of our panel and walked me through why a new panel was not required. He explained what he would do and why it would work and he closed with, ""If this was my house, I would not replace the panel"". The work was completed during his initial visit to examine panel and he was out the door with all the previously 'dead' circuits working like a charm = total cost $300.00.

He was on time, patient in explaining the situation and fixed the problem promptly. I felt like I received exceptional service and was very satisfied with both the solution and the value for said solution. I highly recommend Nick Simpson and Simpson Electric!

I called Nic on a Monday and he was able to come out and see me same day - within two hours of my call. He determined the problem with a few of my GFCI outlets and quickly fixed them and made a repair to an issue he saw in my breaker box.
He's GREAT at explaining what he's doing and why. Didn't try to upsell me for anything. Was honest and thorough.

Nic did an outstanding job for us... He worked with speed and efficiency (and with the highest quality control and pursuant to stringent safety protocols) in installing all electrical components including, but not limited to, a new 240V outlet, 30Amp upgrade and all required connections to the circuit breaker / electric panel for our new electric water heater. We were in a bind- without power because a truck had clipped our power line and PG&E could not turn the power back on until certain repairs had been made. Thankfully Nic came to the rescue. I have made numerous phone calls as well as emails at their request to get an appointment for service I started November 11 and I've still had no response or tcourtesy of any response.
