Minh gave good advice, and wasn't reluctant to climb into my attic just to provide a quote. He and Duc did the horrible job of wiring into fifty-year-old wires buried under fiberglass (and other terrible things). The price was reasonable, and everything was done right with no damage anywhere. We now have new 120V and 220V outlets in our garage!

Minh helped us install some recessed lighting in our family room. He came on time to give a quote and his quote was the most reasonable. I got quotes for almost 2X what he quoted me! He quickly got me on the schedule and we communicated via text to confirm that I bought the right kind of lights (sorry to text you on a Saturday night, Minh!). He and his associates did a wonderful job. I was expecting it to take all day, but the crew was done before lunch. And he happily changed the temperature of the lighting after his crew cleaned and packed up everything. The whole process was great from start to finish. Knowledeable, friendly, efficient. I will hire Minh again in a heartbeat.

Minh and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. He was able to schedule come out to help me with electrical outlets and light switches issue. He also upgraded my sub-panel and installed a Tesla charger and complete the test within the my time schedule. Minh work quality is above and beyond with reasonable price for the amount of work he had done and problems he can fix. I would highly recommend Minh a go to electrician. I will continue to use Simply Electric for my future electrical upgrades/fixes.

If I could give Minh and his crew 6 stars, I would. They just did a long list of moderate-sized tasks in our 3-BR 2.5-BA townhouse including new track lighting in the kitchen, 2 new chandeliers & a ceiling fan, smoke & CO detectors in all bedrooms & ground floor that are connected by radio, replacing all switch plates and wall outlets, testing & checking all circuits. He also came up with a clever solution to a complicated problem we had with high-power in-floor heating units. Echoing another reviewer, Minh is responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. Cost was very reasonable.

Minh helped us replace our bathroom light switch as well as a ceiling light + its housing.
He brought two of his folks along with him, and had masks, gloves, and shoe booties on. Minh was responsible and clear in explaining diagnostics, as well as recommending options forward.
The installation was clean and Minh offered to help if there's anything awry.

Minh is awesome! He is straight forward, honest and ethical! He won't cut corners or or quote you different prices ( with or without permits, which is a whole other topic- long story short if a licensed contractor of any kind wants you to get the permits it's a problem! It also shifts the liability of any and all issues onto you! Be weary of contractors who ask you to get the permit! ). Minh is friendly and on time! He is reliable and knowledgeable. My brother is an electrician on the east coast who is a super stickler to code and doing things right. I told him Minh's proposal and showed him before and after photos and he was very please with his work. I have worked with several contractors and licensed tradesmen over the last 3 years on my house and Minh is the best one so far! No up-selling, no unexpected add ons, no emergencies that take him off the job. He is there when he said he would be, the job is done in the time he said and for the agreed price. Skip the other quotes and just call Minh. He should charge more than others for his quality and reliability but he doesn't. He is competitive with his prices while exceeding expectations with quality and experience and service!

Minh and his partner were professional and quick to respond to my quote request. I really appreciated that they took the time to message me even before service. They not only wear masks but also bring cloth to cover the floors and a mini vac to clean up. The pendant lights took 1.5 hours to install. Minh was also able to squeeze me in for a last minute 1 hour appointment to install two more flush mounts. I'm happy with the service and the lights and would recommend this business. Thank you!!

Minh and his guys helped us with the installation of 3 chandeliers, and 3 Wi-Fi compatible fans with lights. Communicating with him was easy as he is very responsive. He is punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He installed our chandelier before COVID, and even then he made sure to use fabric coverings for the floor for the work space and for where they would walk inside our house. We also appreciated the use of shoe coverings and a mini vac they use for clean-up after. When we had them come back and install the fans post COVID, Minh and his guys made sure to wear masks. They work quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the work we've had done by Minh and his guys and are looking forward to hiring them again for some projects in the near future! First of all Minh was the first person to respond to me when I requested a quote to multiple electricians and always responded timely. We exchanged texts and learned how knowledgeable he is through that. He arrived as scheduled and discussed my options where to locate the NEMA 14-50 outlet. After deciding on location, he showed me the materials; wire, outlet, plate and box and I was impressed how knowledgeable he was. As planned, he installed the outlet in my desired location without an issue. He made sure it was even leveled and everything aligned properly which satisfied the OCD in me.
If you are in the Bay Area and need someone with background and knowledgeable, I would hire Minh.
Tip: Really know what you want beforehand so he can recommend the best options.

Found this company between cross referencing Diamond Certified Blue book and Yelp - one of the smartest thing to do. Our kitchen light totally died which left me cooking our dinners in minimal light from our stove and a spare florescent light rod. Hubby told Minh what the problem was, gave him background history and Minh determined over the phone that just replacing the ballast on the light unit was not the most cost efficient thing to do as we were still running on old school original floresecent kitchen lighting. He told us to buy the kitchen light we wanted and he could squeeze us in and quickly do the install later in the week. Honest, upfront guys...wore masks, gloves, shoe coverings (my asian side smiled), etc. We are keeping this company in out list of great resources!
