David was the answer to my prayers ... professional, fair and patient with my many questions.
I scheduled with a million different electrical issues left here by an unscrupulous contractor. David tackled every issue and untangled many a problem. He knows his stuff and I was left feeling secure in the quality of work. I was impressed to the point of also having him install two new breaker boxes. Fast and clean!

David did an extensive project to address items from our home inspection report as well as changes we wanted to make to our new home. He provided an estimate right after meeting to look at the project. His estimate was fair and accurate in terms of final cost. He was good about letting us know of any changes in estimated material costs. He completed the project in two days even staying late on Friday night to finish the job. This job included replacing/updating/labeling the circuit control panel for our 50 year old home, moving the security monitor from our dining room to the office area( which included running an JDMI cable the length of the house with only two holes in the dry wall), installing new switch controlled outdoor lights (from motion activated lights) so our path in the backyard is safer at night, installing a ceiling fan, installing fire alarms to meet codes upstairs and downstairs, adding GFCI outlets where needed and fixing the problem with the microwave outlet in our kitchen island do the circuit doesn't trip when using other outlets. He was professional, friendly and very kind to our arthritic grumpy old dog! We would definitely rehire and recommend Simplified Electrical Solutions.
