I typically diagnose appliance issues on the same day I receive a service request. I provide expert appliance repairs at a lower cost than traditional repair shops. With a degree in Electronics Technology and cross-training in aircraft instrumentation, HVACR, and water pump installation, I perform repairs that other technicians often miss. Having over a decade of experience, I have repaired countless appliances for a prominent local appliance business; it’s possible I’ve already serviced your appliances! I am licensed and insured.

Simple Solutions was started by me in October of 2015. I work closely with several prominent property management companies and am always looking for new opportunities. Not only do I quickly diagnose and repair appliances for them at a lower cost, but I also handle the disposal of old appliances and the installation of new ones when necessary. I also offer loaner refrigerators at my discretion when a refrigerator cannot be repaired immediately. This is a true loaner—there’s no charge for its use. I now accept card payments through a square reader for customer convenience. Additionally, for customers who cannot take time off work for repairs, I provide early bird and late bird service for a small additional fee.

My roots are in the East Bay area. I took my first physics class as a sixth grader at Cal Berkeley through the Mentally Gifted Minors program. I earned my degree in Electronics Technology in 1983. In 1993, I moved to the Redding area. I acquired a simple home in 1994. I encountered my future wife and sons in 1996. I financed my education in Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC from 1996 to 1997. I served as an Appliance Repair Technician at a leading local appliance store from 2005 to 2015.
