Company Overview

I often identify appliance problems within the same day of the service call. My appliance repair services are more affordable than those of conventional repair businesses. As the sole Appliance Repair Technician in the region with a degree in Electronics Technology, along with training in aircraft instrumentation, HVACR, and water pump services, I handle repairs that others cannot. With over ten years of appliance repair experience, I have serviced thousands of appliances for a leading local company; I may have already worked on your appliances before! I hold the necessary licenses and insurance.

In October 2015, I established Simple Solutions. I have established lasting relationships with key property management companies and continue to pursue additional partnerships. Not only do I quickly diagnose and repair appliances for them at a lower cost, but I also handle the disposal of old appliances and the installation of new ones when necessary. When a refrigerator is down and cannot be fixed right away, I provide loaner refrigerators at my discretion. This is a true loaner—there’s no charge for its use. I have also implemented a square reader for those who prefer to pay by card. Additionally, for customers who cannot take time off work for repairs, I provide early bird and late bird service for a small additional fee.

I was raised in the East Bay region. As a sixth grader, I enrolled in my first physics class at Cal Berkeley as part of the Mentally Gifted Minors program. In 1983, I completed my degree in Electronics Technology. I relocated to the Redding area in 1993. In 1994, I bought a modest house. In 1996, I met my future wife and sons. I financed my education in Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC from 1996 to 1997. From 2005 to 2015, I worked as an Appliance Repair Technician for a prominent local appliance retailer.
