We are authorized to conduct repairs and installations that surpass $500. If a handyman undertakes any work in your home that exceeds $500, including materials, they must be licensed with the state. This rule exists to safeguard your interests!

We do not pay our electricians to look for further or intricate electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs. Many contracting companies have compensation structures that encourage employees to find problems that homeowners may not be aware of, regardless of their actual existence. If we discover significant issues that extend beyond a service call, we will provide a list of local companies for a second opinion and an estimate for the necessary work.
