I called Simon when I needed a new box and fixture installed in a bathroom that was being remodeled. Whoever answered the call, I do not remember her name, was great. Knew what she was talking about and quoted the job accurately and gave accurate information. The guys came in knew exactly what had to be done and did a great job. Not only did they do what needed to be done, they came back once the wall repairs were made by contractor and installed the fixture. They came immediately. This review is a little late as this was a few months back. However, when I called recently to have an outlet installed on a wall that was adjacent to a wall that had an outlet. My construction was complete, but I realized that room had no outlet to be able to redesign the room for another purpose. They sent Bernard who was supposed to arrive by 10 AM, called and said by 12PM, then 2PM, did not show until 4 PM and didn't seem to want to be bothered doing the job. I was annoyed, needless to say. My building only allows workers up to 5 PM. He started making excuses as how hard it would be, but that was only after he said it couldn't be done because there was no other outlet (which there is one on the adjacent wall where TV is) and he wouldn't be able to fix the hole in the wall (which they told me on the phone they would, but not be able to paint). His partner started to tell him a better way of doing the job and he turned around and told him to be quiet! The poor guy looked affronted. And then I was more annoyed because I wanted to hear what his opinion was. So apparently it could have been done, he just didn't want to be bothered. He was tired and must have been a long day for him. But they should have called me and said they could come another day instead of making me wait all day to only not have lost a days pay but not to even get done what I wanted. Over all, I think these guys are real good. But this was the second time with this guy who seems to know what he is doing but really doesn't want to work. He was the one who came back to install the fixture the second trip. Overall, the company and service is very professional and there prices competitive.

We needed an electrical repair on our RV and contacted Simon electric. Stacey was very courteous and assisting. Larry was dispatched to our house and immediately started trouble shooting the best fix. We came up with the best game plan and he came back the following week to fix the problem. Larry was fast, courteous and super professional. We are going to be having additional electric work done on the property and have already advised Larry he will be our go to guy. We have finally found an electrician for all of our future needs. Top notch company and staff!

I'm not quite sure why there haven't been any recent reviews. I do know that we were in a pinch and called Simon. They came out immediately exactly when they said they would and fixed our problem. They even cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend them. James and his associate did a great job!

I like to support local businesses as much as I can. I called another place and they brushed me off immediately saying the job was too small. They came on time and were courteous. I had a small problem that I couldn't figure out as I'm not handy at all. They fixed it and also installed the device for me. I'll be calling again on my future projects.

Terrible work had to come back 2 times to fix something they messed up while working on a different project. Owner and his Wife are greedy corner cutting a holes and their employees are rude. Never use them!

We hired Simon Electric through Home Depot. They had to cancel our scheduled date, be we rescheduled this Saturday at 9.30 am. The woman that called us when we had to rescheduled was very curtious, and straight forward. She was able to accomodate us and work with our schedule. We felt comfortable with her and the company. The two workers came here at 9:30 am; I did not get their names but they couldnt have been more courteous or nicer. It may have taken them close to 3 hours to install 5 fans, but it would have taken us 3 months and may have caused one of us to jump off a bridge in despair; If you have ever looked at the parts you have to put together with ceiling fans, it is a nightmare. Ikea furniture is a piece of cake compared to this. It cost us $550 to install five fans in our house, and it is the most reasonable improvement we have done to our house in a long time. Our 5 fans cost $350 from Home Depot and they are beautiful. Simon Electric was professional and curteous and highly recommeded. 5 stars.

These guys are amazing! We are a clothing manufacturer and Simon Electric did wonderful work for us in a few major department stores. The guys are professional, polite, punctual, and problem solvers. We ran into an issue at one of the stores and they came up with a solution quickly, ran to the hardware store, and got the job done.

I hire local contractors all over the nation through and Simon Electric has been by far our favorite company to work with. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
